No message.  No one there to yell at when I pick up the phone. No voicemail or name on caller id.  The number is blocked now.  Our policy is to never use any product or service that has to resort to this kind of harassment.  If everyone did that, it would go away.  There is no law that says you have to answer the phone.

This telemarketing ploy is a suspected phishing scam.  Right after the call is over, hang up and hit *57 to have the phone company run a trace on the most recent incoming call.  It's obviously not from number reported.  Then follow up with a call to the local police non-emergency number to file a complaint.  Give the police your number and let them know that you've done a *57.  

Also, you may file a complaint with donotcall.gov whether or not your phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, especially if you have spoken with them and asked them not to call your number in the future, but they still do.

I have been receiving phone calls daily from this number for weeks and they never leave a message so tonight, I pick the phone up and say, "Hello."  Nikki begins her sales pitch.  I ask how she got my number because I am registered with the National Do Not Call list.  She tells me, "A magic unicorn gave it to me."  Nice.

When I ask for her supervisor, she hangs up on me.  I dial the number back and, of course, the recording says that the number is not in use.  How can companies use fake numbers, daily calls, and rude salespeople without a means of repercussion or reprieve from daily harassment?

This number still calls almost everyday of the week, every week. Including weekends! Sev. times, I've requested them to stop calling, they persist. I don't answer anymore. It is harassment. I'd never do business with this company. Ever!!!!

I got a call from this number with the same story. This call was strange to me.  I told him I was not interested, to take me off his scam list and to never call me back.

I get calls from this number several times a week. Its a total scam. Don't answer!!!

Calls almost every single day, even twice a day! I don't answer. Very aggressive! Won't give up! I would never do business with this type of company, even if they are one!

Home improvement scammer.  Wish they would fall off a cliff.

My mom who is currently sick just got a call from this number and they told her she had a virus and then hung up. The only person who knows my mom just got sick was me 10 minutes before the call. Strange. Makes me think of a terrorist attack. I will keep a close eye on my mom for anything unusual.

I answered the phone. A woman said "Hello Mamm," I asked her who she represented & she hung up in my ear. Extremely rude. I had been taking care of my bed-ridden mother, stopped to answer this rude phone call, so many marketing calls daily! :(

Persistent. Two calls from 310-148-6792 today. My caller ID shows: "Name Not Found." They're spinning their wheels. I will not pick up on a call I don't know who it is!

They won't remodel any home.All they want is your credit card and bank account number. Block that number and see if you get another call from another number today, tomorrow or in the near future.

Beware any calls from this number.  It's a fake home remodeling company scam.  

The caller claims to be Joe Garcia or some other false name and he claims to be working on a neighbor's house.  He knows your name, so they must be stealing it from someone or tracking it down online. If you ask him how he got your name or which neighbor's house they're working on, he will hang up.

They will spoof other numbers, so remember not to give up your personal info.  You may want to let them make an appointment and have the police waiting.

Said his name was Joe Garcia claiming to be doing modelling at a neighbor's home and wanted to come by for a "free, no-obligation estimate."  He had my name and I asked him how he got it and he hung up.  Called back a week later with the same pitch, I asked which neighbor's house he was working on and he hung up.

They are scammers and they are spoofing their number,   My suggestion is to have him come over and have the police waiting.
