I also just got a call from "310-154-8795" and when I answered it and said "hello" I got no answer from anyone, so I said "hello" 2 or 3 more times & finally a woman just said "goodbye" and hung up.  Haven't a clue - why it happens several times - a person / company calls us and only wants to leave a message to us & totally hangs up on us if we answer our phone........

Phone rang with the above IDs of "Name Unavailable".  Decided to answer but was met with no one at other end.

Calls frequently don't recognize number.. No name found caller ID... No message ever left.  Annoying...

Called today, voices in background, picked up after third ring, no answer. "Name unavaialble" on on CID

Another call from these criminals.  It never ends.

"Name Unavailable" shows on Caller ID. Likely another sleazy Russian-born contractor from the San Fernando Valley, CA trying his high pressure tactics 'cuz his work is slip-shod and overpriced.

Another call from this number.  Blocked and reported.  Just more aggravation.

Aaa remodeling, it could be weird people trying to get inside your home, she kept asking if we needed work inside the house, , I would be afraid to hire someone like this, told them I was not the homeowner and they hang up

Called me today.
Asked if i needed repair work done because they are working in my area, which is 2 hours away from the 310 area code.
Asked for company name. He changed the subject. Stated that their office is around the Tujunga/Camarillo area. These aren't even close to each other. I asked to be removed from their calling list.
Even if you are trying to sell something I'm not interested in, the first thing I want to hear is your name and the company you are calling from.

Got the call, did not answer, knew it was a scam - have blocked their future calls.

On my office lines, I have the Digitone Call Blocker.  This little device not only blocks individual numbers, it can block ENTIRE AREA CODES!!!  Currently, I have 37 area codes blocked.

For my home line, I have the new Panasonic phone that blocks 250 numbers.  They're on the Panasonic block list.

As I am writing this, they called again - this time from 818 185-5152.  That number is also blocked.

Received this call, didn't answer, no message. 3 minutes later another call came in from 323-669-8528 which calls daily. As stated above, these people say they talked to me 6 months ago which isn't true at all.

No message left. Like a previous commenter states, this prefix is not in use, therefore it is a spoofed call.

08/01/2013 5:41 PM. Caller ID said "Name Not Found". The saleswoman identified the company as "AAA Remodeling". When I said that I was on the Do Not Call list she hung up.

When I have filed a complaint with the 2nd number (FCC), even though the form takes longer to fill out than for the 1st number (Do Not Call), on only one occasion have I received another call from the number that I reported.

Received phone call from the so called number of 310-154-8795 which I answered.  They asked for a male relative by name to which I replied with " who can I tell him is calling?"  Caller replied with, " is he home? "  To which I replied with, " What is this in regards to? "  The caller then said, " well it sounds like you're having a really bad day so I'm just going to hang up now."  And they did.  Saved me the trouble of hanging up on them.

Bottom Line, I don't identify myself to anyone until I know who I am speaking to.  Even if they ask for me by my name, I still say, " who can I tell her is calling please? "  If they can't Identify themselves, then it's probably a scam.  If there is a "legitimate" phone number displaying in caller ID, then I report it to the Do Not Call website.

Fight Back, waste their time like they are wasting yours and NEVER Identify yourself until you know who you are speaking to.

Number is not only spoofed, it is bogus... no real phone number start with "1"  Don't answer calls you don' t recognize... most of the spam will hang up. Anybody that you actually want to talk to will start to leave a message and you can then pick up the phone,

Number is spoofed.  From a call center that asked for my spouse by a name he doesn't use.  Did *57 in case I ever get a warrant.
