I had a run in with Stephanie just today! They dupped me on Nov 30, 2009. I reported IDC Servco to the BBB and to the FTC, and today recieved a phone call from Stephanie saying that we should NOT have reported IDC we should have reported Corporate Quest. I new not to fall for that and asked her how could she sleep at night knowing that all of that bad karma was coming back to her and that horrible company!!

We have had several calls from Integrated Supply Center.
Beware of this company - they are tricky. They actually knew our vendors name AND type of machines we have.
Our toner is included in the price of our services so when they started talking about verifying pricing and shipping addresses that was the first red flag.

Received an invoice from IDCServCO for toner that we didn't need or order. Plus, the price was about 5 times the regular amount. The shipping? Only $136 for TWO toner cartridges!
The sales company on the invoice is Corporate Quest and I doubt they exist.
This has SCAM written all over it! Plus they had combined the names of two employees in the Ordered By field.
I called to complain about the order and was transfered to Stephanie. She was nice, dry, but nice. I told her that we did not place this order and I need to speak to someone about returning it. She said that the request would be passed to the sales company and someone would call me back.
About 5 minutes later I received a call from Stephanie. She insisted that we ordered the toner, to which I ensured her that we did not. She then offered to cut the cost of each toner in half (still way over fair market value) which I politely declined (getting angry and yelling doesn't help in these situations).
After a few more back and forth conversations, she agreed to fax a UPS shipping label so the toner can be returned.
I have received several invoices in the past few months for toner that we did not order.
BEWARE of IDCServco, Vista Imagine, Corporate Quest and Integrated Supply Center.
They're all scams!
