I've received calls from this number and they never leave a message.  Anyone know if its a telemarketer?  I've blocked my number from these types of calls so shouldn't be receiving them.  I want to report it if they are!

Received a call *67 it back - they answered - "Publishers Headquarters"

We have been getting the same calls and when we ask who it is they hang up. They are very rude. Total scam. We called back and were told that they were first the Mariott Hotel then the next call we made back to the same number they said they were the LAPD. What a total scam and a bunch of liars.

they keep calling me saying i've been entered by my bank for the dreams come true contest.  i called my bank and they said there is no way they gave my number or information to these people.  i want to beat all of them.

Apparently these a**holes have atleast 10 numbers that I've found.  i've called several of them, all busy but one.  it rings and then someone hangs up.  i've made a complaint to the feds who handle the do not call list.  these people are in total violation of that law.  i also emailed them to let them know that i wanted to make sure these people were on that list.  they call me again..i am going off on them.

I received call on direct line at work and they had my name.  Caller ID said H M Inc. and caller said she worked for Publishing Headquarters and I was finalist in Dreams Come True sweepstakes through my bank or credit card company.  She offered me free magazines for 48 months.  She quoted my actual home address for me to verify and asked my age.  I told her I was not comforable giving out that information and she hung up.

Call came in on our land line and asked for me by name.  They were told that I was unavailable, and could a message be taken and they immediately hung up.

Im sick and tired of these people calling... a woman called and asked for my husband and i told her this was his wife and she hung up... I tried to call her back but it was busy.. that right there will cause her to get a good ol' arkansas a** whoopin.. Im tired of that crap and you don't call a woman's phone asking for her husband and then hang up. How big of a coward can you really be.. I wish I could get these people in trouble because it seriously needs to stop. Also they called my cell phone.. How in the crap do they get cell phone numbers

Call 1-888-369-7323. This is customer service for publishers headquarters. They will take care of your problem. Tell them you want off the list of calling. If you don't get satisfaction tell them you want a supervisor and get names. Put it in notepad to remember every detail and dates. That should help. Bye.

ive posted here many times as a former employee of the company having this and other similar numbers.  as of this posting, i have returned to this company as a TNA. (TELEPHONE NOTIFICATION ASSOCIATE) This is a sweepstakes notification office.  It is only an out-going call floor.  The busy signals are the employee making the next call.  No one is ignoring you.  Once your name is marked as NA no answer, your information is passed and not easily retrievable.  Your information we have is simply your phone number name and address.  No one has your vital information.  In my year-plus absense, I was babysitting my two year old grandson, the company has ridded itself of bad employees.  I have posted here about some of the 'bi***'-calling....and that has been noted both ways...there are rude people on BOTH sides of that phone...! I see young spirits now in this office.  Honest people doing an honest job.  We may not have all the etiquettes down and I WILL be leaving a message to all if I can find a way to go STRAIGHT to voice mail...if im going to wait 5-6 rings to talk to you, why not wait another 10 seconds to at least take away the mystery of who I am and why Im calling. Right?? one more thing I want to post again...my southern drawl IS authentic.  I used to HATE the way i sounded until my mama told me that was my unique gift God gave it to me go enjoy it!  So 2011 sees me begin my journey into voice overs.  In the two years I worked for this company i heard so many times, "do you do radio or voices?" so I have actually already involved myself with the best studio on the west coast...listen for me!!!   :)  God bless you all.  God bless me.  God bless America.

Isn't it illegal for the same company to call you more than 3 times in 1 day? It is finals time. stressed enough, and have 7 calls in one day, within minutes of each other. Tried to call back to be removed from call list, cannot call back. so frustrated!

Hay this Ellen  to day date is 11/17/10 look i had read all the letter's thay was right i have been had .Because those same people's had call me in ask me about a cell phone she said my neace  had told her about me  so she ask me was i and the rest and a cell phone i said yes i'am , but i wasing thinking at the time because i had my friend on the outher line so i was trying to get off the line with them . i had  and up gave them all my impormations out to them . and when i got off the phone i had my doughter to call my friend back for me in i told hem that i was so sorry for staning on the phone so long i was talking to a lady on the phone she said that she was working with a cell phone company and i order me a cell phone .My friend said that don't seem right ellen what kand of comtrek did she gave you i said 2 year's comtrek he said hell no you could had got the same cell phone that i have. You need to call them back in i did but the phone was not a number because the operal came to the phone. i try over in over it was the same... Now i'am mad at my self because the lady gave me the number to call her anytime i need to ask her someing in gave me her name Dennis! she said .Dam i hope thay don't tried to steal my identity. If thay do i'am f*** up dam her...i just going to have to pray alot. in i had call 911 in thay didn't do anything about it...The number is 301 2149069....................

Got call from 310-214-9069, they didn't leave a message. I called it back and it rang but they hung up on me as soon as they answered. I called a few times until one of them decided to talk to me. He asked if I was calling in I said yes because I had a missed call from this number then he said they are the Publishers Headquarters and he doesn't know who called me, I asked him why they would call me from a business and not leave a message. He stated he didn't know and hung up on me. They're retarded, they couldn't complete a scam if it was in front of them. LOL.

I got a call while I am sleeping They said lot of things but because of their english an my english too I did not understand anything. They said my old adress and ask if this is correct I gave my new adress but fortunately they did not understood and I did not give all adress...

Where is the government? They must stop these stupid people.

That number called me my bf answered she knew my name he asked who it was she said it's was a personal call then continued to harass him saying homeboy you got issues and hung up I called back three times she answered once I asked who it was she said get off my phone home girl and hung up they better not call back!

said they were from a sweepstakes.  when my wife made a comment about not doing sweepstakes they hung up.  Not sure if these are the same people but my mom in southern cal just got scammed for ALOT of money for a sweepstakes scam

I got a call from this number stating they were some type of publisher. My wife answer, said we weren't interested and hung up. The wh@#e called back, I answered, she reemed me out and then hung up. What a c&%t

Got a call from 3102149069 a couple hours after getting a call from Bank of America (216-545-2650) that I didn't answer.  My B of A card is way past due and I haven't answered their calls.  I had recently changed my phone number, so am not sure how they got this one (perhaps using their caller id when I had to call them recently?)  

My guess is this is someone they've hired to validate suspected numbers for them, of people who are late paying on their accounts.  Any of you also late with MBNA/Bank of America?  If everyone is, then they should be reported for hiring these people who use obscenities and verbal harassments when calling on their behalf. Sneaky & in violation of Fair Credit Act standards if this is what they're doing.

Got a call and a woman asked to speak to Michelle. I said this is her and she hung up.

I just recived a call on my cell phone and it said California and the number was 310-214-9069 and as soon as I said "hello?" they hun up. I then called back and they hung up on me. I then did the reverse look up an I saw that it was from Rednado, CA then I googled the phone number and I saw all these responses. I then called my cell phone provider and explain what had happened and I was told that they can not block the number but I was given the 1-888- 382-1222 to be put on a list to not be called by businesses/solicitors. So I did it just to be on the safe side. I am trying to find away to compain to get them out of business if they are a phishing scam but I am not having good luck. I hope someone else may have better luck to stop it. I hate people that do this cr**.

Got a call from this number and 937-237-8453 within 10 minutes today.  I received calls from them a few weeks ago and told them to remove me and not call me back.  When I told them (politely) they got snippy with me and hung up.

Thy were vary short with me and every time i had a chants to talk i seed NO!
