No call but a text message on my mobile with a number to call.

Number is 941410.

Being in the UK I never take International calls, have no need to.

Got a missed call called back and got no response rang and someone picked up but did not say a word. So I. Hung up will not be answering this phone call.

"... you are the only caller on this conference call..."   then silence.
I saved the number to a list of junk call numbers .... all share a silent ringtone.  They will 100% ignored for ALL calls in the future.

Just received a call from this number on my work cell phone.  I missed the call and when I called back there was no answer and no machine.  I did a reverse look up and found many complaints within the last few days of this being a scam.  The info from reverse look up has the company name as INS from San Pedro.  No clue what this is so agreeing with rest of comments must be telemarketer or scam of some sort.

Just had a very disturbing call when I informed "Bob" my number is on the do not call registry and asked them to remove my number.  He insisted I give him the number registered and date when I registered.  I told him he must have the number he just called it! He accused me of accusing him of fraud and lying about being on the DNC list because I did not want to repeat my number. I hung up and he actually called me again!  This time to prove a point I gave him the number and he then apologized.  My number has been on the DNC list for years.  When I asked what his number and company name was he refused to answer.

Just started getting 1-2 calls a week. Shows up as INS (310) 241-2412. Usually when I answered the calls, no one is there and I hear a line "hang up". When I try to call this number back (curiousity), I get a busy signal. Just got a call again ...shock...a man who identified himself as "Bob" answered.  He sounded Caucasian/older..around 60+. He said he is from a local  heating company/family owned/30+ years. He talked over me and tried to set up an appt for next Monday between 12pm and 3pm (without giving me a chance to reply). He advised furnace filter change for $39.00. I advised we have a contractor in the house to take care of this and he still tried to "push a sale". When I pretended like I was interested in his "bargain" and asked his company name again, he hung up.  Def a telemarketer or some type of scam.

they called, no message.  When I called them back it just kept ringing. I have received 4 calls like this in a week.

Just got my 3rd call. I answered and heard call center noise in the background. I said hello and got disconnected. Must be a telemarketer. On to my blacklist

ignored call twice in 2 days. No message
