Always use your local florists. They can tell you what they have and what the cost will be without all of those extra service fees. These call services cannot guarantee you that what you order will be what you get as they are only call services and wire all orders out to florists in the area where your arrangement is to be delivered. Florists may or may not have the same flowers or containers and these call services don't care as long as the recipient gets some kind of flowers that are similar in color with a vase that is similar in value. I am a floral designer and this particular company always calls our shop with orders we cannot deliver because they are not in our delivery area. Once we refuse the order, they try other florists in the area.

These people claim to be Flowers.com,, I placed a order for the first time with the so called company, for my uncle funeral, needless to say I spent over 150 dollars and I was shocked when I saw them @ the funeral, I emailed them  and told them I could have went to my local grocery and delivered them myself and would have pick a better item... also there were only 12 flowers and 5 items of greenery , I felt so insulted, now they keep calling and e-mailing me... more less harassing me, saying what was delivered is what I ordered,keep in mind the arrangement on-line looks nothing like what was delivered... online there were aprox 30 plus flowers etc.PLEASE PLEASE do not order from them I was SCAMMED

Just got another one of these Diebetic Testing Supplies again.  Just different phone number!  stupid people!  Didn't answer again!  Just called again and said they were UPS

Urge all of you consumers NOT to FTD either!  They charges 15.00 service fee addition when you place your order with them, & when they wire your order to a REAL florist, they take $2.75 processing fee out from the florist on top of 27% commission!   Local business people work hard for nothing!!! or your order's value may not 100% fulfilled!!! Call real florist directly!

I didn't answer the first time they called but they called back with in 5 minutes so I answered.  He didn't introduce himself he just said "you order flowers?"  He was asking me for the confirmation # and I told him that if this is legit then he would have that info.  He had my name and the name that the flowers were going to.  He asked if I was sure the order went through (he wanted my credit card # again)  Yeah right...  I am not giving that out over the phone to some jacka$$ with not so great English not telling me who he is...  hahaha
I hung up and called the customer service # for justflowers.com and she had no record of my order and told me that I should call him back and get his name and phone number.  Really???  Youthink a place like that is going to give you info.  Not likely
Seems VERY fishy and a scam.
I cancelled that credit card and hope to never hear from them and will never use justflowers.com ever again and I hope this post helps someone else to choose a better flower place.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.. 30 MINS ON HOLD ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER FOR AN ORDER WITH  A NAME THATS NOT ME.

This is for a Just For You Flowers/1800 Flowers store in Los Angeles, CA.  They called three times within twenty minutes starting at 8:00am ET---their time 5:00!. I called back to see who kept calling me and hung up when the message came on about placing an order. They must have seen my number on Called ID because they called me right back saying that they're ready to take my order. When I explained to the man that his company kept calling me, he starting giving me a sales pitch so I hung up. I'm not sure if they're a real florist or just a floral exchange company that makes huge profits just by receiving orders and passing them on to real florists. Considering the times of the calls, it seems likely.

Anyone know who owns this number? I'm getting calls on my cell from it.

These people are rip-offs.  It is justflowers.com.  They charged me for flowers that never were delivered.  When you try to call them about it, you get put on hold, then transferred, and transferred and you never get credited or helped.  I can't believe people work for this company.  It is a total rip off.

They keep calling me because they think I'm a florist.  My wife runs a business called crocheted Flower Patch that sells crocheted appliques.

DO NOT ORDER FROM "Just Flowers"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are a joke. The management SUCKS, they delivered the wrong types of flowers on my Mom's 60th Birthday. The arrengements were no more than $39.00 and they charged me $113.00 for them. I called to compain and tossed me around from one "manager" to another. They took my money and delivered the wrong types of arrengements to my mother. I was so up set. I told everyone how they rip people off, I told everone on Facebook, Emails, The Yellow Pages, and made a compain to the BBB.

i just got 3 phone calls from this number.  each time i answered the call, the person would say she was from either "fed ex" or "ups" or "usps."  i repeatedly told them not to call me or that i would report them for harrassing me.  they said that they had a "surprise" delivery for me and that they needed to verify my address.  they knew my name, but wanted me to verify my address.  i asked them what was being delivered today, and they said they could not disclose the information to me.  

this sounded like a complete scam.  if it weren't, why wouldn't they be able to disclose any information regaring the delivery item?  and why on earth would they keep lying about who they were--first it's fedex, and then ups, and then usps?  justflowers.com or not, they completely turned me off with their lies.

My husband just ordered flowers for me and those idiots called me to confirm the order....when they asked who I was I told them I am the person that is to receive the flowers...the rep was soo embrassed that they apologiezed and hung up. Idiots!

Have received a call from this number 10:00 am, 10:01 am, 10:09 am, and 10:10 am.  It is now 10:19 am and associated this number was a team for Just Flowers.com of which I just ordered from.  The IE conversation lead me to believe that these callers were scammers.

Have not answered the call.

I as well got a call from them the day OF I ordered flowers for a funeral.. they wanted to add $26.00 to my order, I said What??? NO just cancel it, they said ok we'll take off $5, I still said NO they said ok $10 they used my vunerability because they were for a funeral. They promised to email me when delivered, which they didn't.. I called and they promised to call me back which they didn't.. They are scammers and horrible people DO NOT ORDER from them.. Also at BBB.Org they have over 361 complaints

This is JustFlowers.com.  I'm a legit corner florist and have been ripped off by them once!  In the biz, they're what's called an "order gathering service."  They take a customer's online order then contact a REAL florist near the delivery address.  If you paid $100 for the order, they take 20% straight off the top plus their "delivery" fee, then when they call the real florist to place the order they say "I have a customer who can spend $65 total and they must have XXX."  So the florist is left trying to fill a $100 order for $65. I will not work with these people and urge all of you consumers NOT to use 1800Flowers.com, ProFlowers.com, Teleflora.com, etc.  They're all thieves taking money out of the pockets of local business people.  Google a real florist in the area you want flowers delivered and call them direct!  Thank you!!

A woman just called my private cell phone claiming to be UPS and wanted to verify my address.  When I asked who the sender was, she refused to say.  When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she said "we have your address anyway" and hung up on me. I called UPS and they are not associated with this number.

I looked at ordering from justFlowers.com and created an order to get an idea of the fees I would be expecting. I DID NOT finalize the order. Within 10 minutes I got a call from 310-270-9633 which I did not answer because I did not recognize the number. Googling the number led me here. I will be watching my credit card for unusual activity.

I received a phone call from this number minutes after placing an order through "Just Flowers" online.  They called to verify the address for my credit card because the zip codes for mailing address and credit card did not match.  I called the number back 30 minutes later and it was "Just Flowers."  So as for the phone number it appears to be legit; as for their company, couldn't tell you.

This number is a "1-800" Just For Flowers.com web based business in California. Not a local florist. They have no local stores that they operate.  They keep calling me recently to place orders with me for delivery. They are a SCAM!! They are trying to place orders with me for a 80/20 split and not pay me the delivery charge either. They are selling a flower for instance, for $45.00 and their delivery is like $9.95 and up to $14.95. They want to pay me $36.00 total for everything, flower, delivery and tax. I am a local florist that are not part of any wire service for this very reason. I have been in business for 8 years and do not  like this at all.

This number is JustFlowers.com. I ordered flowers on Valentine's Day because their website had certain flowers marked that they could still deliver them the same day for Valentine's Day. They ended up tacking on various charges so that my $74 order ended up being $95 and it didn't show that while it was processing my credit card. Then the flowers didn't get delivered until the END of the day the following day. After I placed the online order, I received a confirmation phone call. Immediately after that, just moments, I started getting calls from Applied Bank asking me for my name and social security number. I asked THEM to tell me who they were looking for. I told them they had the wrong person and they continue to call me--I spoke to two more people telling them the same thing. The phone calls continue. Is this all connected and some sort of scam?

Just got a call on my cell phone and this lady asked for a Annette. said she was from UPS and has a delivery. i said no annette here and who is she and i was not giving out my address as she wanted.

Called asking if I was interested in placing another order.  My wife spoke to them, but the person calling wasn't sure how to respond.  Wouldn't say where they were calling from, but just wanted to speak to me.  We said "not at this time"...but was tough to get anything out of them, other than insisting on speaking to me.
