You werent a scam victim. As a matter of fact if your social securty number was stolen what good would it do? you probably have terrible credit and couldnt make a collect call to save your life.

I used fedhome and they did a great job. I referred my daughter to them but she said the phone was disconnected so I searched the Internet to see what was going on. Apparently the own was maimed in a car accident and closed the doors bc he was unable to control the business from the hospital.

More signs of a shill:

* "Forgets" to post the name and/or website of the "supposedly great company"
* Posts their drivel somewhere in the middle of a thread, in response to an old, old post.
* Posts partial information, such as "their website is gone, but I still got my reward".

My boyfriend used them and it started to seem like a scam and then Friday he got a call saying that his mortgage was being lowered.  I came across this site bc he was trying to contact FHR Services and the number and website no longer worked.  He is now dealing directly with his mortgage company.  Not sure if it was a scam or not but they did something such as put him in for some program with his mortgage company that seems to have worked out.

I was working with John and Sara and everything was going fine then the calls stopped I read in the LA Times the owner of the company was in a terrible car accident and is in a coma. They shut their doors shortly after that due to his inability to control the company. Not sure if he's alive. If anyone hears anything please let me know.

Apparently the federal home retention group closed it's doors after the owner was hurt in a crippling accident. I heard he can't walk ever again and his employees were all let go.

Please help me find these guys.  Federal home retention services.  Worked with Benjamin, Ryan, Sara and Tom.  i was registered on their website and they were really keeping me updated until March 2014..now all numbers disconnected and website gone...I got calls from 310-299-7863 which was Ryan's number.

Yes, I worked with Benjamin and Ryan.  I got multiple emails on their website with what was happening and now cannot get a hold of them.  I was hoping they would help.  Will now probably loose home unless I can reach someone.

I was really looking forward to these guys Federal home retention helping me out too.  Now I have no numbers that work and can't get a hold of them...Do you know how.  They seemed to be doing a good job until they dissappeared.

These people were working on a home retention for me and now are no longer there.  No notice, they took money and appeared to be working on my home retention, I just found out that my SSN was used on another tax filing and I am now a victim of fraud.  If anyone knows the companies whereabouts please post.

This number goes to a real estate company... No numbers go to federal loan retention services appears to be out of contract with all of its clients and has possibly stolen the money from many people

I am currently in process with them. Ha e paid them $2000. No communication unless you to call them.  They say on paper money back guaranteed.

I found this site when I typed in the name of this company.  It was one that came up on the search engine.  If I saw a negative posting about a GOOD company, I would correct the people who are doubting the integrity of the company, of course.  I was researching.  Someone that just replies "SHILL" sounds like an illiterate non-thinker anyway.

I actually used these guys and they got it done in less than 90 days. My wife was impressed and I actually referred my daughter in-law Tabitha . If you follow the instructions they give you from the beginning its an easy streamline process. I think some people out there just don't listen or follow instructions correctly. We are all guilty of that but when it comes to my house I rather leave it in the hands of a professional. Just my two cents but I give them a solid A.

In case any readers might be interested in, or have been contacted by this company, could you help us out by answering some questions?

Who was your loan origionator?  Was your loan an FHA loan or an OPP loan?  Did you have a loan modification?  And if so what type?
