You werent a scam victim. As a matter of fact if your social securty number was stolen what good would it do? you probably have terrible credit and couldnt make a collect call to save your life.

A new excuse from a shill for the company??? If true, he must have had pathetic employees. I didn't even see any contact information for this company.
John Mather 2014-04-21 15:37:50 Unknown
I used fedhome and they did a great job. I referred my daughter to them but she said the phone was disconnected so I searched the Internet to see what was going on. Apparently the own was maimed in a car accident and closed the doors bc he was unable to control the business from the hospital.
Slim 2014-04-20 23:41:13 Unknown
More signs of a shill:
* "Forgets" to post the name and/or website of the "supposedly great company"
* Posts their drivel somewhere in the middle of a thread, in response to an old, old post.
* Posts partial information, such as "their website is gone, but I still got my reward".

My boyfriend used them and it started to seem like a scam and then Friday he got a call saying that his mortgage was being lowered. I came across this site bc he was trying to contact FHR Services and the number and website no longer worked. He is now dealing directly with his mortgage company. Not sure if it was a scam or not but they did something such as put him in for some program with his mortgage company that seems to have worked out.

I was working with John and Sara and everything was going fine then the calls stopped I read in the LA Times the owner of the company was in a terrible car accident and is in a coma. They shut their doors shortly after that due to his inability to control the company. Not sure if he's alive. If anyone hears anything please let me know.
Thanks

Apparently the federal home retention group closed it's doors after the owner was hurt in a crippling accident. I heard he can't walk ever again and his employees were all let go.

Please help me find these guys. Federal home retention services. Worked with Benjamin, Ryan, Sara and Tom. i was registered on their website and they were really keeping me updated until March 2014..now all numbers disconnected and website gone...I got calls from 310-299-7863 which was Ryan's number.
scammed 2014-04-09 18:24:53 Unknown
Yes, I worked with Benjamin and Ryan. I got multiple emails on their website with what was happening and now cannot get a hold of them. I was hoping they would help. Will now probably loose home unless I can reach someone.
scammed 2014-04-09 18:21:58 Unknown
Thanks but that website is no longer there, it goes right to Go Daddy. The phone numbers are disconnected!
scammed 2014-04-09 18:18:19 Unknown
I was really looking forward to these guys Federal home retention helping me out too. Now I have no numbers that work and can't get a hold of them...Do you know how. They seemed to be doing a good job until they dissappeared.
Scammed 2014-04-09 18:15:05 Unknown
These people were working on a home retention for me and now are no longer there. No notice, they took money and appeared to be working on my home retention, I just found out that my SSN was used on another tax filing and I am now a victim of fraud. If anyone knows the companies whereabouts please post.
Kimber 2014-04-08 17:09:39 Unknown
This number goes to a real estate company... No numbers go to federal loan retention services appears to be out of contract with all of its clients and has possibly stolen the money from many people

I am currently in process with them. Ha e paid them $2000. No communication unless you to call them. They say on paper money back guaranteed.

You're lying. No one searches for a company on the Internet *after* they've done satisfactory business with them.
Thinking 2013-09-11 09:39:25 Unknown
I do think. I think very clearly about the methods of a scam artist. Badge714 summed it up succinctly when he said: "No one - and I mean NO ONE comes to 800 notes because they had a "good experience". Who has a job done well, then searches the phone number (after the fact), and then posts positive comments on a site dedicated to telemarketers, scammers, and con artists? Let's mark this one as SHILL."
Karen 2013-09-11 08:50:04 Unknown
I found this site when I typed in the name of this company. It was one that came up on the search engine. If I saw a negative posting about a GOOD company, I would correct the people who are doubting the integrity of the company, of course. I was researching. Someone that just replies "SHILL" sounds like an illiterate non-thinker anyway.

Shill alert!
Tim 2013-08-24 19:33:46 Unknown
I actually used these guys and they got it done in less than 90 days. My wife was impressed and I actually referred my daughter in-law Tabitha . If you follow the instructions they give you from the beginning its an easy streamline process. I think some people out there just don't listen or follow instructions correctly. We are all guilty of that but when it comes to my house I rather leave it in the hands of a professional. Just my two cents but I give them a solid A.

I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you have been facing. With the housing collapse, these stories are all to common.
In case any readers might be interested in, or have been contacted by this company, could you help us out by answering some questions?
Who was your loan origionator? Was your loan an FHA loan or an OPP loan? Did you have a loan modification? And if so what type?
Tamianth 2013-08-01 23:13:06 Unknown
ROFL! Speaking of pathetic..

Most of us aren't company shills either....

You're Pathetic. We are making our modified payments to Caliber Home Loans, Inc. at 13801 Wireless Way, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73134. Verify that... Then tell me who the fraud is. You sound like an angry ex-employee who was probably fired. lol!
not Michael 2013-07-30 01:48:45 Unknown
Shill. Mr. and Mrs. Westfall are scammers.
Mrs. Westfall 2013-07-30 01:20:38 Unknown
Because it works. Who wouldn't go on the net to show praise for these guys. You know... Some of us don't live to bad mouth people!
