its a scam. I answered it. Some girl starts asking personal questions (verify address, martial status,age)
says you are in a sweepstakes, trys to get you to pick out different magazines.

She seemed to have most of my info already which is pretty scary. So i would just watch your credit report to make sure someone isnt stealing your identity.

May,20th, 2010- 3pm - I've just got a call from 3103167107. Woman (she represented herself as Barbara from California) called my cell phone and  said that I am the sweepstakes winner by  credit card number. I've told her that I'm not willing to speak to her about my credit cards - and if she wants I can give her the number of my husband  - she immediately hung up on me....SPAM! Be careful!

my story is the same as above...called it back it's busy, called it back, picked up and hung up.  I've only received 2 calls from this number and luckily I never have my cell phone by me, so always miss it.  I'm glad I came accross this to know better than to answer.

Getting calls from 3103167107 and3103168597 found names for lyla leslie,mikael jones,guru khalsa and radiant being pub. I'm also in NV has to be a scam

So I wrote once before I too am still getting calls from 310-316-7109. This weekend they hung-up when I picked up but I called back a couple hours later and a girl picked up and I asked who she was and she said that she was from some publishing something and that my bank or credit card company had entered me into a drawing (i don't think so). I stopped her right there and said I was not interested and to take my number off. She said that she would. That was over the weekend. Today I got a two calls from 310-316-8597. I picked up and she asked for me by my name and I she said that she was out in California and that she was from Radiant Being Publishing Co. I stopped her again and said that I already told this number to take me off the list. She apologized that it had not been done yet but that she would do it now. I did a simple reverse phone number look-up in white pages and two names came up. For the first number, an K Wada out in Torrance, CA. and an M Jones out in Redondo Beach, CA. Under this second name it says that they are the owners on of Radiant Being Publishing Co. I don't know if the person on the phone was lying about who they were but I also don't know how they got my number but it seems like a scam to me. good luck

Friday, May 22, 2009 3:24pm PST Got a call from THIS number 310-316-8478 as M S Inc. I answered this call and a girl was asking for a Jack Cohen. I asked her what number she was calling, she rattled one off and then hung up. I called this number back which was busy, and kept calling until the ringing phone was e answered by the same girl who now did not know what I was talking about. She asked for my name at which time I told her to check her called ID, at which point she hung up.  FUNNY HOW THIS NUMBER 310-316-8478 AND 310-316-7109 COME UP AS "M S Inc." on MY caller I.D. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you go up on the 310-316-8478 number a college phone directory comes up. FUNNY!!!!!!!!  I will definitely file a complaint with my Attorney Generals office here in Nevada.  GOOD LUCK TO ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thursday, May 21, 2009. Received a call at 12:30pm PST from 310-316-7109. ID showed "M S Inc." Don't know who they are and I did not give my number to them. They did not leave a message. I will contact my Attorney Generals office and file a complaint form because I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST. If we all file a complaint, maybe these calls will stop.

So I too have gotten a call from 310-316-7109 and at first i did not pick up since I was at work but they did not leave a message and when I called back it just rang. They just called me and i picked up and was humg-up on. I then called it back and it was busy. I waited ten min and called it back and i could hear a person in the back ground and then I was hung-up on. I wish we new who was calling us

got a call from 320-316-7109,, May 14, 2009 @12:00 noon CST. Didn't leave a message. caller ID came in as M S INC,, Did a search on the net and couldn't find anything. sure is nice to have this service so we can figure out who is calling...

I didn't answer the call and there was no message left.

got a call from this number..  caller ID said name unavailable.  I answered it  and heard nothing on the line for several seconds untill a woman's voice said "thank you, have a good day".  I called the number back, and get a busy signal.

My erroneous phone calls seem to be generated because I entered the Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes. Man, live and learn, eh?

Received a call from 310-316-7109 saying I won a prize and keep going as of reading a script. I immediately know that this is a scan becasue I have received a call a few weeks ago that they offered a promotional apr rate on my master/visa card and asking for my credit card number in order for them to process. I didn't give them the credit card number because if they are for my credit card they should have my number. Watch out this number.

A follow-up to the above comment. Today is Friday, May 22, 2009 3:24pm PST Got a call from 310-316-8478 phone number with ID as M S Inc. the same as from the 310-316-7109 number.  When I went up on the 310-316-8478 number it showed a college directory. When I called the 310-316-8478 it was busy but I kept calling until someone answered and it was the same girl who hung on me when she was looking for a Jack Cohen. Again as usual she started to ask questions and when I told her to look at her caller ID she hung up. FUNNY!!!!!!!!!
Hope this info helps. I will be filing a complaint form with my Attorney Generals office since I am on a DO-NOT-CALL list!
