It's a telemarketer calling to sell products at 50% off. They call me 2-10 a day to my cellphone

I wish I spoke spanish, because everytime they call its in spanish and when I call back its spanish and they always call around 8:00 am. How do I end this sh&$#?

I got a call today from this number saying that they were Lindsey Construction looking for GC's to do work on foreclosed homes.  I told him that my company was a marine contractor and the person tried to get information, but none was given.  He then hung up.

Well, I got a call from this # today that had a recorded message something about their being a construction company and maybe if we have anything available (we're a towing service)  we can do business, blah, blah, blah, leave a message for us or press one to be connected to one of the office staff.  Pushed 1 just for the heck of it and it rang and rang, no answer.  Adding them to my "Solicitor" list on cellphone.

Lunde construction, some w**ker leaves msg wants to let me know they want my service.  Seeing the other posts after google searching led me here .  Also left an additional phone number of 315-218-0556
located in the Chicago Metro area.

I received a call from the same number stating that they wanted to contract me out. When I pushed '1' to speak to someone a girl finally answered and when she asked if she could help me I told here that I received a recorded message and it told me to push '1', she just hung up.

This guy called me from this number today and told me he wanted to "schedule me out, since I offer services in his area!"  He wanted to see if we could work together!  Yea right!!!!  I'm a painting contractor so I was intrigued at first.  Thank goodness I'm smarter than them, and I'm too bust anyway.  Scammers just find new ways to spark your interest!

I received a call and told them "hold on you're in luck I'm at my lawyers at this very minute" they hung up and no more calls

I've heard this scam before.  Urgent message, your attorney needs to call me, don't disregard this message, you owe money from a payday loan, etc.  

DO NOT give them any information.  DO NOT agree to send them money.  DO NOT give them any information about your credit cards or bank accounts.

They are annoying, but cannot do anything to you without filing suit in small claims court.

Got a message on voice mail to call this # immediately or have my lawyer call.  End of the message said that if they did not hear from me, that all they could do is wish me luck in this matter.  Tried to call the # to find out what the hell it was, got a busy signal, so I googled it and got here.

I got a phone call from this company saying they were from a law firm and that I had money deposited into my account from a "payday" loan company. They had my social security number and an old bank account. But, I never ever had any form of a payday loan. They said I needed to go to court and show my bank statements. When I asked what company had given me money they had no answer and when I asked what the date was the deposit was made, again no answer. I asked for their mailing address and the only answer I got was "California." I asked for paperwork to be sent to my mailing address and when I asked them to verify what mailing address they had, they gave me an old address from another state I lived in during 2009.

i have been dealing with these people on and off for almost
a year, in which time their names and phone numbers have
changed 4 times.  the call always comes from a man with a
heavy indian accent who claims his name is dan clark, or
mark smith, or something generic like that.  first, i knew there
was no way a man with such an accent would be named
dan clark, so right away i figure its a scam.  the man goes
on to leave a message about a "time sensitive matter" that
needs to be addressed immediately. he even says if you
do not call back then "good luck to you." as if something
"bad" will happen.  the first time i recieved a call i did call
back to discover that it was a total joke.  they claimed i had
taken out a payday loan of $300, and did not pay. This is
not true...and I told them I could prove it.  They started
saying i would be arrested and such, which is illegal for a
debt collector to do, even if they were telling the truth.
i asked to speak to a manager, to which i was told i was
already speaking.  i asked where they were located, and
was told florida.  i told them they would not have any
authority over someone in maine, which is where i live.
they said they did.  i asked them to validate the debt, which
we all have the right to do with any debt collector.  he then
got mad and told me i would "find out."  

after that, i didnt recieve calls for awhile.  after a few months
i got another call, from a different number and a different name...
but still the same accent and an identical message.  i called
and told the answering machine i knew it was bullsh*t and i
was giving them any money.  i didnt hear anything for awhile.

then, today i recieve another call from a NEW number and name
with the same message again!

it is A SCAM!

Today they called me at my work place. I told them to call me on my cell phone. They called me on my cell phone I get to hear the same story I have been hearing for last 3 month. I own someone some money and if me or my attorney don't take care of it, I may have problems. I told them to give their address and the guy gave me the address that didn't even exist. I tolk him to give his compan ID and the guy told me I need to talk to head of the department.

Don't get scared there is not need to panic. When I told him he was a scam artist he hung up the phone.

We have been receiving messages from this individual and others as well ... same scam different name this time he is Patrick Stone ... the only thing I can do at this point is get our phone numbers changed ... it's just getting annoying at this point.

Does anyone know if this number is somehow connected with NCO Financial?

I got a call about a month ago from this number and then today from 206-734-3632.  I called this number back and called the guy every name in the book and then I screamed an ear piercing scream.  He was trying to talk over me but it didn't work.  I then hung up and called right back and did the same thing again.  I then kept calling back on speed dial and just sat there silent and then would hang up.  They finally blocked my number.  If they call again I'm going to do the same thing.  A***IPES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received a call from this number. Caller had an obvious Indian accent and claimed to be Officer Mike Walker calling about a serious legal matter that has been filed against me. He said not to disregard the message or he would call my employer, friends and family. Also threatened dire consequences. Isn't it against the law to impersonate a police officer?

I got a voice mail from a male with a heavy Indian accent claiming to be Michael Johns. That if I did not return his call or have my attorney call "Good Luck". I searched the number on google and found this blog. It is obviously a scam. I work in Law Enforement and will turn the number over to someone who may be ablt to help.

I just got a call from Mike John hahaha. Come on if your going to use a fake name u dont use 2 first names lol. I called back the number and scared the s*** out of them.... I posed as Special Agent James Kennedy from the FBI, I told the person that answered that they were under investigation for Violating International laws. The person I talked to stumbled over themselves they didnt know how to reply.. after a few seconds they hung up......... LOL

Yeah...I went through this yesterday and turned them in...hopefully this will stop soon.

thank goodness i googled this number I feel better seeing that this is a scam.  I put a fraud alert on my credit reports and talked to my bank.  This should be against the law for sure and they also threaten to sue me but when i tried to talk to them and not give them any information they got nasty and hung up on me.
