I have recieved multiple phone calls from this phone number, a guy states his name is Brian Wilson, and he speaks broken English, he threatens I am involved in legal proceedings, involving my name and Social Security number, and for my  piece of mind and "safety" I need to call him back immediately!  I have called the BBB, and they assure me this is a scam, and that there is multiple complaints against this Brian Wilson, and other named people from this same number.  

This is NOT a legitimate collections company!!  Please stop these people from harrassing anyone else!

I as well keep recieving threating phone calls from the same people.  It get's annoying.  It is very hard to understand the man when he calls.  He states that he has a legal complaint against me and niether I nor has my retainer Attonery has contacted him to reslove this legal matter.  He states that I can go to federal jail and loose my job and not be able to work anymore...WT!!!   I'm sorry I need my job. I'm a single mother and I can't afford to loose my job let alone go to jail.  This is rediclous!!  They need to quit scamming people.

I have been for about two weeks reciving these calls from this number and from a 410-205-9153 number. All calls are the same men with heavy indian accent claiming to be law officers or FBI agents. They are now telling me where I work and I am concerned they will begin harassing my employer ( A school district as I am a teacher). Not sure how or if i even can stop them maybe just not answering and waiting htem out will be best, These type of things do go away after a wihle I hope. Also has a legitamate bill collector ever made comments about your Mama? these guys are persistent and aggressive.

Same here!  The name of my caller was John, John Williams.  He said it exactly like that.  I had another call from some guys in FL.  I threatened them with my "lawyer" and they stopped calling.  Now these a-holes are.  I changed my bank info last time since they had my full social and everything!  Something must be able to be done about them!

I recently received a call from an Indian guy who barely understood. He was calling on the behalf of my boyfriend and I just do not understand, why they call and demanding stuff and I do not know any of this information. I do not know what he got his self in.

RECEIVED CALLS WITHIN 3 MINUTES OF EACH OTHER.  THEY JUST KEEP CALLING WITH THREATS. I DON'T EVEN ANSWER ANYMORE BECAUSE NOW THEY CALL THE HOUSE PHONE AND MY CELL PHONE.  NEXT TIME THEY CALL I'LL BLOW A WHISTLE IN THEIR EAR.

Did anything come of this?  I have had the same thing happen.  Notify the FTC Federal Trade Commission.  These guys are scammers.

I have received multiple threatening phone calls from these a-holes! They claim I owe them money...they call every day..the most missed calls I had was 13. WTF?!!? I've done everything within my power to protect myself. Now I just want to sue them for the harrassing phone calls. Sounds like if everyone got together we could file a class action law suit. The men have very heavy indian accents then give super dooper white American names. Steve Adams, Brian Wilson, etc, etc. I as well asked for company info, in which a man said it was Easy Cash. He laughed at me and called me a liar when I told him I had never heard of the company nor have I done business with such. I asked for  corporate information and he said he didn't have access to that and that they are attorneys. I called the number today and Travis was the name of the man this time. How the hell do they think they are getting away with this. And how the hell do they have my FULL SOCIAL SECURITY #, DOB, and place of employment. This has got to be ILLEGAL!!!!

I got a call and they said that i was go be arrested on my job because i got payday loan

I just got a call and this is a joke I will not answer anymore calls from this number. I suggest anyone else do the same.

I receive calls from these people at least every 2 weeks, every time its an Indian accent with a very American name, first the calls from 00000 or 999-999-2112.  All the calls are the same, threating to arrest and that I have a serious legal matter.  DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE BACK.  Its fraud.  I did contact an attorney and the attorney told me never to give anyone information.  Everytime they call hang up or just press buttons!!!  It will irritate them enough!

This guy named Kevin Petterson called me and told me I had three criminal charges against me, but his Indian accent was hard to comprehend, Long story short, they ended up taking $522.68 from my account!!! But, Wells Fargo refunded me all of it. These people are going to HELL!

Ditto, scammer called wanting to know the name of my lawyer so he could send him legal papers about something (couldn't understand) in Los Angeles County. Then he wanted to know my fax number, Then he wanted me to call him back. He gave the name of Brian Watts. But that is an English name (I'm related to a Watts) and he certainly was not of English decent. I came here to check on the number. Thanks all of you for posting. I have blocked his number from calling me using my Skype blocking option.

We  just  received two  calls from a  thick indian  speaking male  identifying himself as  Brian Morris calling for my wife  about a  legal  matter we later found out that it  was for a supposed pay  day  loan , this  number  called  two months  earlier  saying that  we  were  approved  for a  auto  loan. So w hen I  question them   on this matter  stated that  they never  did  an d that  we  would be served with  papers for  court for  fraud..
I asked them the  name of the  company  and  said that  info was not important. Ok  so let me  get  this  right  you  frst  call trying to get  info  that we were  pre apporved for a  auto  loan which  we  never  applied for. Next  we  get a  collection  call from the same number  about  fraud,  and  we  owe  money  to   you  now  you  won't give me a name of the  company  or  who the  debt  is  for .

People  can  we  say  FRAUD. Do  not  give them  any  information  what  so  ever  do  not  confirm  your identity  to them  even  if they  ask  you  your zip  code give them  nothing  confirm  nothing. What they are  looking to  do is  confirm  information that they  have  obtained so they  can  steal  from you .

Step 1. Place an  alert with  all three  reporting   services so that they  can  not use your Identity.
Step 2. Contact  your State  Attorney  Generals Office and  File a  Complaint make sure of  times of  
          calls and  info from the  call.
Step 3.File  a complaint  with the Federal Trade Commission

Please pass this on to  others that  have  calls  we  together  will stop  these foreign hordes from  stealing our  identity and  stealing our  hard  earned money.

These calls do  not originate in  Malibu they a re overseas with a   state side call exchange  number

Stop the Fraud

Recieved a call from these people (#310 359 0446)..... Just like the other post are stating, they spoke very little English, and made threats. They used the name Michael Brown.  Do not give these people any of your information, and do not confirm any information!!!! Report them if you can so that they can stop taking money from innocent people. If they keep calling, just tell them that you have a lawyer. Give them a fake name and number, and they will stop calling.

Yeah I too just recieved a phone call from that number but his name was David Cooper and i could hardly understand him. So when i called back he told me that I owed money and if I didnt pay it that I was going to get serious chargers. I then hung up called them back and told them that i wanted to know the name of there company and I wanted to know the exact bank and account # that this money went into that I owe. He wouldnt give it to me and then he hung up. I then called him back and he said that they didnt want to work with me anymore. lol so i called the malibu police department and he told me that he has gotten a lot of complaints about that. I did the right thing by not giving any info. He said its very easy for people to get your name, email, and last four of your social.  Unfourntally this is not a crime cause I didnt give them any money and they are unable to really track them down. SO for future victims DONT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!!!!

I got 3 calls in 3 min one call I answered started asking this guy who speaks barely audible english why do you want my fax number and for what? I kept repeating it and he couldnt answer me I told him "your a scam and dont call me again"!!... I've had this type of calls from all over the place dont give them any money even if they try to scare. If you owe money the collection company will send you a letter and call you with a company number you can reach them at. Funnything is I spent all my tax refund paying off everyone... LOL..

Brian Wilson, again not speaking clear English, called telling me that he is with the legal department and need to talk to me or my attorney on a time sensitive issue.  I am so sick of these people doing this DAILY and multiple times a day!  They called twice within 2 minutes on my cell and then called on my office #.  I have reported every # to the FTC and the local law enforcement agency but to no avail.  Plus I am on the national Do-Not-Call registry.  So what good does that really do?

a guy who speaks very little English just called and said that they are filing charges on me check fraud and theft by deception for applying for a payday loan.....I didn't even get a loan, they took money out of my checking account for some kind of online credit which I did not want and now I am over drawn and he says I'm going to prison.....WTF

I have a voicemail for these people left at my work phone. The claim to be from the Credit.Collection-Reconcilliation-Legal-Debt-Collections Department of Poor English Speaking Non-American Companies of Califorication. That I have papers that need my response in a matter of utmost personal legal matters of for my consideration. (if the are personal, why are they calling me at work???????). They informed me if I do not respond to this inquiry, that I will be filed on in the State of Californication County District Court (WTF is that). I need to call Glen Fockel aka- Sanji Hababbaba) to resolve this matter if I wish. WHERE DO THE FIND THESE PEOPLE ????????????????????????????????
