I had a similar experience. I am located in Burnaby BC and I have never met Johnnie Zachariah and he has harassed me over the telephone, and posted terrible reviews about my company too. I went to the RCMP and they said that they know him and that there is nothing they can do. I was shocked and bewildered. This guy is scary.

Hello everyone, thank you for submitting your experience with him, I myself have had a couple horrible encounters and it appears that he is living is Vancouver BC and harrasing the instructors up here and cycling studios. He has threatened myself and writing horrible reviews to my studio yet I have never met this man. Clearly unstable and mental health issues. I would suggest contacting the police if anyone has an issue with him I will be contacting the RCMP locally to see if they have a case with him.

Thanks John. Very good information on this guy John Zakharia. He thinks I work at some cafe called 49th in Vancouver and now harrasses them. Pretty funny! I've never been but I feel for them. I love how this site has helped numerous people be aware of this harasser.

John Zachariah was deported from US to his country of citizenship -Canada after several people had reported him for stalking and harassment. He is in Vancovuer right now even though he has a police record there too.

hi...what crime are you aware of?  this guy is hassling a lot of other people i know but we aren't aware of a crime he has been convicted of...if he has, it would be a great help to know what it was and where...and can you state details about the suit that involved you?  how was it settled?  as far as i know this guy thinks he is above the law, and is possibly here illegally but seems to keep under the radar when it comes to getting caught.  good luck.

First off, your inability to determine the difference between "stocking" and "stalking" is laughable.  It makes me giggle.

Second, there is no actual stalking going on.  If Mr. Whateverthefuck afraid for his life?  Is there someone giving out his personal information on the internet?  You might be able to get that info removed if it violats the TOS of the website provider, but as well know, once it's on the internet you can't have it permanently removed.

At best, you could have a harassment claim.  But even that is laughed at, even in civil/tort court.

Ya he emailed me about a bike saying i got mental issues because I ask too much $$. He uses a girls email address to contact bike sellers. After insulting me i told him it was sold and did not want to sell to someone who insulted me. He accused me of selling a stolen bike. I got really upset and asked him to run the vin# for me to prove him wrong. Then he said he knows were I live and accused me of stalking him and has contacted the police.  Is this a real minister or a bike dealer??? He also said he has people "watching" me. Damn im never selling on craiglist again too many psychos. Whats up with this guy???
My neighbor used to be a head DA for OC so I told him about it and hes following up on this guy.
