They call weekly, sometimes daily.  Shows up as a Beverly Hills, CA number.  They always go to voice mail but never leave a message.

This is typical of too many inquiries that we receive.  The person wants to connect their supervisor with your IT manager (or whomever), but they don't know the purpose of the call.  Then they offer to ask their boss and get back to you but never do.  It's a sales call, and they're just fishing.

Got a call.  Did not answer.  Ain't caller ID awesome.  They never stop calling.
The calling company should have to pay a fee to the person they are calling.
One dollar would be great and we could pay taxes on the one dollar, they could count it off
on their taxes and it might get some of them to stop.
Oh well, one has to laugh and enjoy the time other wise it is a long day.

I've gotten numerous suspicious calls recently.  Thinking it may have something to do with the letter I received from Adobe about my "order information" being compromised (stolen).  Including credit card type, number, dates, address, etc.  The thieves also 'got ahold of' the software used to encrypt they information on the servers - ooops.

Well, I've gotten calls to my number (DID) and to our general office number asking for me and not giving any reason why and not willing to give any 'what's this about' type information to the person answering the call.  I've reported all calls to police "just in case".  This is one of those numbers.

The clincher for me is that I go by my middle name (so anyone calling me for real business purposes-it was a business order that was breached) would go by that name.  That is NOT the name on the credit card.  So when someone asks for that name, I'm quite certain it's 'robo-caller' from some list sold by a storefront (or in this case might be by someone using stolen information). Needless to say, that credit card number was cancelled about 10 minutes after reading the letter from Adobe, but these calls coming from all corners of the US (major cities only...hmmm) all started at the same time and were never an issue in the previous two years I've been here.

Just an FYI.  These may not be what they appear.

second call today from this company. They say that they are dialing the call to connect you with their manager "Brent Adams"  But they will not answer any questions about why they are trying to reach the person.  Very strange.
