i received a call from this number.  I tried to call it back and it was busy.

received a phone call from this number today. whoever it was didn't leave a message and every time I tried to call back, the line was busy

I just got up on three times! The woman was extremely rude to me and would not let me speak to a manager. Does anyone know of the name of this company? I'd like to take further action.

Some lady called on my cell phone claiming that I was entered by my bank or credit card to be submitted into a drawing to win a bunch of prizes. I told her politely that I was not interested and she hung up on me! I'm tempted to call back and talk to their manager to get me off of the calling list.

they call me several times, so I finally answer and they ask for someone else, i told them to remove my phone # 3 from their list, this guy started to tell me that i was a winner, and I told them again to remove me from their list, he told me that if i could not undertand in english he would have someone else in any lenguage to explain to me, he asked me if i speak spanish, french, russian, cantonese or what and he will have someone to explain to me again that i was a winner, i hang up, they called me several times after that and I CANNOT GET RID OF THEM!!

The lady called and said she was from califronia and began to discus the weather. Then she said my credit card company entered me into this sweepstakes to win 25k she just needed to verify my address. I asked her which CC company and she said visa or mastercard. I told her I have both so which one was it. She said it was one of them but didn't know which one and wanted to verify my address. I asked her is any money involved in this. She said did I ask you for any money and hung up on me.

I called back and said is this Publishs Clearing House She ask who was this I said the winner and I want my money. She said I had wrong number. I said is this a boiler room. She said stop holding up my line and grow up get a live. So all the people out there that have time to kill let's put them out of bussiness by holding up there line.Caller: 3103709238

This, it seems, has been going on for an extremely long time.  I just got this call, with all the same sweepstakes sweet-talk.  They read my address to me and then requested that I answer three additional questions.  

The extremely spunky, overly casual caller, Taylor, asked "how young" I am, to which I replied that I wished to give out no additional demographic information.  She asked what that was, and I stated that I didn't want to give out any information that could be used for advertising or marketing.  In her unbelievably cheery voice, she replied with something to the effect of, "This isn't for advertising, and if you'd been listening to what I was saying, you'd know that."

Someone called claiming they were from Publishers Clearing House & I was entered by my bank for $25,000 drawing- I would, also, receive 48 months of 6 magazines for free- I went to tell her I wasn't interested & she hung up on me before I had the chance- The had my address & all information-

i'm in the same boat as everyone here except that i get the same calls from different numbers.  i've been getting these calls since the beginning of 2009.  not sure how to stop this calls, but for now i'm going to give them wrong information just to screw around with them.

I had the very same experience. She had my EXACT DETAILS!! I didn't know what to say! She said something about being entered into 'sweepstakes'. When I call the number back; it keeps ringing busy!

Same thing happened to me today.  I told her I wasn't interested and she hung up on me.  I hate the fact that she knew my exact address.  

The internet is great b/c of sites like these, but very scary when you can access anyone's information.

It's a scam.  A lady called me on my cell phone (I have no idea how she got the number) and asked for me by name.  She stated my name had been entered into a drawing and listed a ton of prizes.  She then stated that winners would be notified by registered mail and needed to verify my address.  I then asked how my name got entered into this drawing.  She said it was National Bank as well as credit card companies, for their preferred customers.  I said I wasn't interested and she just hung up on me.

They call all the time but wont leave a message. The day I decided to answer the incoming call, they were saying something and I kept asking what they were saying. They then started yelling at me and hung up. They are still calling.

I got a call from this girl today and she started asking me question and insisting on me getting free magazines and a diamond watch and when I asked what I would have to pay she said 3.99 a week and I said no i don't need that and she got pissed off at me and hung up. Scam I believe, I wouldn't give them your info.

they called me asking infor about my children...very scary!!! any body else gets this number please report

I'm on the do not call list as well and they've still been calling! She does say they are from Publisher's house or something.....I tried that number someone listed above to file a complaint yet it was a fax. ( no good)
Today, when the chick called...I asked her how did they get my number....her response was "Oh shut up bi***, just shut up"...then she hung up. I went onto the do not call website and filed a complaint..don't know how much good that's going to do, but i'm sure glad i'm not the only one.....

This is what i found out: This phone # belongs to a collection agency located at:
1734 NE Broadway Portland, OR 97232 they use fake business names like: Foxx Managers, Rossi Restaurants, Hyena Group, and the CLIENTS TRUST ACCOUNT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT-OPERATIONS which is most likely their real name. We hit reject and it foils them for a while.

RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS # ON MY CELL. SHE TRIED TO VERIFY MY INFORMATION AND WHEN I TOLD HER I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION, SHE HUNG UP.

Her name WAS Tiffany and she was more rude than THAT in person. I worked this gig for a year and quit cause I felt I was in the bed with the devil. All the reassurance from management NEVER convinced me this contest was real. The names were bought from companies like Beachbody..you ever order from the tv? Back to Tiffany..she was a bitter person who had the police come up in our office on several occasions.

reported it to the fcc

Received a call from this number. The caller was very rude. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she hung up on me!

I recieved three calls from this number.  The second and third were back to back so I answered the call.  Was told the same sweepstakes blurb. She had my name and address.  The three questions were vague questions.  She could do no more harm with the extra information. However, it is unnerving and I am thankful the company I work for offers Identify theft shield as a benefit.  I am contacting them with this inicdent so they will be sure to give my file an extra look for a while.

While i was at work i got a call from this number, i let it go to voicemail.  Once i checked it, the person just sat there, i could noise in the background and that's all.  Then the female voice said "Good Day Marie" and then hung up.  This was a very odd call and I would not like to get another.

heres my question...

i talked to her, was promised a watch in the mail and us weekly. when i asked her who she was, she hung up, and now im concerned that i am enrolled in something or will be charged for something. anyone have an experience PAST just the phone call? a scam or mystery charge?
