Just recieved a call from 3103709786 and She said it was some kind of sweepstake refered by my bank/credit card company I ask her to tell me who refered me because I dont have a credit card company she said it was your bank now call them and ask them about it then hung up (so rude) I called back and she hung up in my face again and again and again.... now who's the telemarketer. Dont give these people your information....

I keep getting calls from this number.  I'm on the Do Not Call List and am still getting telemarketing calls.

I was called while I was on a field trip, I told my friend to answer it. She said that the girl was looking for me. So I hung up. I dont talk to numbers I dont know. I called back and it was always a busy signal or they would hang up on me

Hi - I also got a call from this number today.  When I told her to take me off the list and not call back, she said that she would keep me on the list and keep calling, then called me a b**** and hung up.

These people call me every day and never leave a message and i can never get through to them when i call them back, who are these annoying people, they call at the most inopportune times!!!

I received a call on my cell phone from this number yesterday.  I was at work and did not recognize the number so I did not answer.  They didn't leave a voice mail.  I have also registered both my home phone & cell phone numbers on the National Do Not Call List months ago.  It is very frustrating to keep getting calls from random numbers like these where they are telemarketing or frequently just hang up when I answer - it wastes my minutes/I'm charged for my time that they waste when I answer my phone!!!    >.<

I've been receiving calls from Publisher's Headquarters at 310-370-9786. They claim that I have won free magazine subscriptions through my credit card company. Initially I believed them and started signing up for my 6 free magazines and free watch until they told me that I had to purchase 6 magazine subscriptions in order to get my free ones. As I proceeded to hang up the "manager" got on the phone and I ended up hanging up on her because she clearly sounded like she was trying to con me. They called back several more times. Feeling like the company was a scam, I looked the number up online and discovered that others felt the same way. So, I waited to receive another call from the company and told them I would turn in their name and number and the caller instantly hung up.

I just received a call that caller ID claimed to be from this #.
Call was trying to verify my address, claiming to be a representitive of major national banks who were holding a sweepstakes.  Calling the number back got a busy signal.

They new my name and said they were  based in California.

I told them I was busy and she said goodbye.

These people keep calling. Its either this number or a 727 number. When I called back they told me they were going to refinance my debt at a low interest rate. When I told them I have no debt they hung up. I wish they'd quit wasting my time.

I am sick of this people calling my cell phone when I am at work. They are extremely rude I also google the number to get here. So hopefully it will stop I blocked several of the numbers

a girl called me and asked for me by name. when i said this was her she hung up on me. i looked up the number and found this website. probably a scam

Rec'd call 08/11/2009 @ 12:52 - Love my Caller ID - M S Inc., I don't pick up from callers I don't know who they are.  Like so many before - NO message left... Not going to waste my time calling them back, although, if they call back and I have time, I'll 'play' their little game just for giggles... Thanks everyone!!!

There are scam artists trying to solicit your personal and bank account information. I filed fraud complaints with the Santa Monica Police and Verizon who own the number. I filed a fraud complaint with the FCC.  If I get called again, I am just going to start giving them the police and Verizon's contact info.  Maybe then it will stop.

310-370-9786 called on 06-19-09 at 1:15pm and left no message, but whoever it is did not like the idea of me calling back, and they hung up.
The call was traced to Radondo, CA.  I guess some people don't have a life.

310 241 0575 called me today for the 6th time today and they have been calling for weeks. Good thing I have unlimited cell phone minutes.My phones are on the Nat Do Not Call list, the list must be broke? :y

I picked up the phone and responded to them in pig latin. Sounds like some ops are in India. She hung up on me after saying that she couldn't understand me.

Got a call from this number yesterday from a lady at "Publishers House".  Said that i was in the running for some money and wanted to confirm my address.  She gave me my work address and knew my name.  Said that she got it from the bank, which is BS.  Said that i get magazines for free and a free watch.  Now I'm waiting to see if I get my free magazines and watch sent to my office.  I love scamming scammers.

A lady called from this number saying that I was in the running for a grand prize.  She said she got my number from a bank or credit card company because I was a valued customer.  She told me I could pick magazines to get for free.  She told me to confirm my address and told me my correct address.  She then said she would need some more personal information to completely enter me in the contest.  She asked my age. I asked what the company was called again.  She told me and then hung up.  I definately felt like she was trying to get information from me and I am sorry that I confirmed my address.

Call came in on 4/14. Said they were so-and-so from Publisher's something-or-other. When I asked if they were familiar with the National Do Not Call Registry, they immediately hung up.
