Sounds like fun revenge at this point.  When Diane starts up again, I shall do this.  Hard to believe they have any business.  I kept the last one on the line for a few minutes and voiced several complaints about the annoying calls.  I assumed it was a person working for minimum wage with no benefits, so was fairly nice.  I explained that I had spoken to them before.
One thing I found was that the person who came on the line sounded like "Diane", a name I've come to despise.

I am so tired of these people.  When ill I had to take the phone off the hook.  The phone battery wore down after being off the base too long.  I was too ill to get up and was pretty much blocked from the outside world thanks to these horrid harassing creeps.  

I have twice stayed on the line long enough to ask to be removed.  It did no good the first time.  We will see if the second time is the charm.  

I hope they record what is said to the extremely annoying machine while it drones on.  I wonder if the police should be the next notified about this outfit.

Pressing "0", "#" or "*" causes the robo-Diane to start over. If enough people caused the message to repeatedly restart, it would jamb up their system. If I had caller ID, I'd repeatedly call them, and if we all did, it would spoil their party. Talking to the live operator slows them down and increases their costs. I got through to the live operator, but didn't really have my "interested" persona on. I've gotten several of these wage-slaves to stay on the line for several minutes - one for a half hour! Times are tough, so nothing personal on the poor fools, but I like driving their costs up. Finding the motel they're calling from would be dangerous...

DIANE FROM CARPET CARE KEEPS ON AND ON CALLING ME.   I HAVE PRESSED 1 AND ASKED TO BE REMOVED, SHE HANGS UP.  THEY CALL AGAIN NEXT DAY.

the only way to catch these guys is to make an appointment for cleaning.  Have the sheriff there if you can.  There are thousands of complaints all over the web. But as usual the govt agencies responsible for policing this kind of activity are nowhere to be found.

I got a call from that number and with no message.  When tried to call back, phone just rang.

I picked up the call and it said it was for carpet cleaning

just called. 1.09 pm. didn't answer, left no message.

Just got a call..same Number @ 3:01 pm... I called back from my work phone and they didnt answer... letting it ring forever..as a matter of fact ..I'm still ringing them as im typing this message...LOL DAMN YOU!! WHO ARE YOU MYSTERY NUMBER!!??lmao!

I got a call from them too @ around 2:30 PM today. I did some research and here's what I found:
This carpet cleaning company is run by: Felipe G. Rebagliati & Ana P
All I found is their mailing address based on my search: 2116 Vanderbilt Ln #C, Redondo Beach, CA 90278

Got a call from this number at 1:25pm I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message, I called back at 4:30pm and it just rang with no answer.

i got i call from this number today too.  i picked it up and a female said something about carpet cleaning but then i hanged up because i had class.  the phone rang at 12:57 PM

called my cell and was a recording selling rug cleaning.

called my cell at 2:08 on 2/6/08. I didn't answer because i didn't recognize the #. No msg. left.

This levels the playing field a bit:

call their toll-free number from a PAY-PHONE booth.

Everytime they pick up, they have to reimburse the phone company for the toll-free call, whch can be in excess of $0.50 per call!!!

It is gratifying that they have to pay to hear your complaints.

Recieved a call Thursday at 3:22pm.  Didn't answer as I don't know the number and they left no message....I hate these people... I don't even live in this damn area code...I'm in Chicago!  What the hell!!

Received call on Saturday Feb 9 on my work cell phone. Didn't answer and no message. Googled number and found this site.

Called today, I didnt answer no voicemail left.

I just got a call on my cell from this number.  I can't believe I'm starting to get these on my cell.  I used to get them from "Julie at Best Carpet."  I found out their # was really 1-888-229-9795.  Not sure if it works for this one and I'm not calling from my cell.  I'll do it from work.  I called AT&T and FTC and they said it's not illegal to spoof caller ID.  Call Congressman to get law changed.  I'm thinking of starting a website to get people info on how to stop these calls and contact Congressmen, but I don't have a lot of money.  My cell is 323-605-xxxx.  Maybe they are making way through the area code.

Just got one 11:23AM 2/8/08.  Didn't answer, left no message.  I'm also in 310 area code.
