Received the same call - this time I was overseas and it woke me at 1AM.
I called the number - press 1 and told the guy that they violated the DNC list and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor - he hung up.
This is a Nationwide insurance campaign. Suggest you complain to them via their Contact Us webpage

Got two calls on on Feb 15. My # on DNC list for over 5yrs, I don't give this # out to anyone except close family, few friends, and emergencies. The person was a female and she tried to bully me with words when I told her I wasn't the person she was asking for.

I just received a call from that number,i didn't answer and they didn't leave a message........ i call back from an app on my ipod and the message says "thanks for calling us back, we want talk about your insurance rate, blah blah blah".

Feb 10/2012, got FOUR CALLS IN A ROW. Didn't answer the first, so they called again, then again, AND AGAIN all within ten minutes. My cell is on the DNC list, but it obviously does nothing.

One day this month of feb, got a call from 222-555-7777, dummy me answered and following day got a call from 310-405-0507 insurance telemarketers recorded message, i hung up and added numbers to my block list on norton app.
