Received a call requesting my attorney number states I was being sued.  Wouldn't tell me by who and kept calling me and leaving me voice mails.  The guy who called used the name of David Jones but had poor English.

CALL AND SAID  OWE SOME PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY WHICH I NEVER HEARD OF SAID WILL PUT ME IN JAIL AND PRESS CHARGES, ASK FOR HIS NAME AND HE HUNG UP

Got a call from 310-405-6186 saying it was urgent and to call back.  When I called I was told that I took out a loan from a cash advance company and that I owed money.  The guy said his name was Alex Watson the person that left the message was Eric Anderson.  Both had very heavy Indian accents and tried to get me to give them my personal information.

I just received a phone call from that same number and they were wanting the # to my attorney and stated that CashNet was filing a suit against me. They interrupted me fixing my kid's lunch for that crap. They are surely pathetic and will be reported to the authorities here shortly. This daddy don't play.

They must be stopped! I received THREE calls and 2 texts (back to back) early this morning from these yahoos asking for someone named Phillip (no idea who he is either!!).....I called back from the message left on the last call up and a woman answered wouldn't give name or company and after the tirade I laid on her she hung up.  I then proceeded to call back and clog their phone.....might just call it at 3am and see how they like being woken up by nonsense calls!!!
