Its amazing how half the people at Chase Bank all are Heather!

Similar story to what is above. I received a call from this number and they claimed to be able to lower my interest rate. I asked what card this was for and he said Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi?.and I don?t remember what other BS. He then tried to get information from me that, had he really been from a credit card company, he would have already had. When he realized I knew it was a scam all along he hung up. Do not give these people any information.

I got a call from this number. I did not pick up.

Credit Card Scam.... These A/H's called me to lower my rate to 6.5%.... So I asked "Really.... Which ones"   they said "master card, visa, American Express "  .... oh which bank.......  "B of A, Chase, Wells Fargo, etc ... " ..... Yea... how did you pull that off with all the cards and all the banks .... special contact .... wow that's amazing everybody must love you to give you that treatment and throw away 10% of their profit for no reason huh.... "You know what just hang up... he doesn't deserve our service".... dial tone

I got this call; I knew immediately it fraud, since they did not say what credit card. Get a life scammer. No bank is that kind to offer lower interest without you begging first.

I hung up and did not even push one

I'll be placing ANOTHER complaint with the DNC list.

Probably from the same source as yesterday's Spam call from **858-729-4303.**
 ALSO another CREDIT CARD PHISHING SCAM.

Even though this is likely FRAUD, and the DNC is for 'legit' companies to STOP cold call telemarketing (and criminals do not follow ANY laws), this is the best way to alert authorities that fraud is going on.  With enough complaints from all of us (THIS site does NOT report to the gov't) they will start an investigation to FIND these suckers and SHUT THEM DOWN.  BUT we all have to register an OFFICIAL complaint at www.donotcall.gov FIRST!

As said above the same thing happened to me I work for a bank so I know not to give any info to these callers NEVER give ANY personal info to one of these callers

Phone call but nothing was said on the other end. I waited a few moments but still nothing. I hate it when they do that.

The DNC does do its job and works just fine! It does what it was meant to do. People tend to really misunderstand how it works and generally do not understand that the DNC does not protect you from the scams,frauds,extortionists and the unscrupulous nastys that refuse to obey laws. Charity's and political, along with some survey's are exempt from this.

They call but don't leave a message.

Recorded message from "Heather in accounting" about interest rates for "your credit card." They did not identify themselves by company name or state which account they were calling about, which naturally left me suspicious. I dialed 2 to decline and was immediately disconnected. Odds are it's just another stupid scammer looking to get credit card information from people.

No answer when I tried to call this number back.

I get a call on my caller id 310-449-7156 Langley Prod. a recording comes on that to lower my interest rate... push 1 which i did. A rude sales person gets on the phone and sd that he has me with my cards and sd which ones and he reply visa and master.. then i asked what lower rate they offer,(knowing that I have credit cards with 0 balance)... they tell me that which ones I have with chase which they got correct. I told them a promotion 0% interst promotion... he then moves on to the master card which I told him my interest is low what does he offer..... he wouldnt give me that information. PLEASE BE WARE..... they asked question like they know but yet they dont kow anything.... I was aware... so i start to ask further question and he hangs up. I think i wasted his time. LOL.... Please inform your family.
