Okay, guys. I've been getting these calls, too. And, like you, I want revenge. So, Ive done some digging. Here's what Ive found:

The address listed above is residential; not listed commercial. (115 South Golfview Rd., Lake Worth, Fl)

The property has 6 bed rooms and is large enough to support an office (or at least a calling center).

The guy who purchased the place in 2011 is listed as Eliot Harris Goldstein, 28 years old.

Here's where it gets strange--he has a bunch of roommates with last names that raised a red flag(s). They are: Hagop S Tokatlian, Shant Tokatlian, Mario V Wilmath, Perouz K Tokatlian, and Tiemkiar K Wilmath. Look, I hate assumptions and profiling, but how many of these callers speak with an American accent? None. And judging by these names, it looks like they are fresh off the raft.

I looked up these folks online and couldn't find much... BUT! I found that one of these guys is from the Middle East (which might explain some of the anti-semetic remarks that I have read. Of course, this is speculation).

The home/office does not have a number listed. Of course, they have plenty of 800 numbers, but no regular number that I can find.

So what do we do from here? Well, we have their real names!! When they call, freak them out by asking to speak to Eliot Harris Goldstein.

Oh, yeah! I almost forgot-- here are 3 probable familial relations of his: sister--Ivy Becca Goldstein, mother--Lisa Kline Goldstein, and father--Frederick Allen Goldstein.

If they won't stop harrassing us, and the government won't act, then I say we freak them out royally. I'm telling you to threaten this do***ebag's kin, but I'm also not telling you not to.

I'm not sure where the address came from, but it's the first time Ive seen any address for US Pharmacy. If they are wrongfully harrassed, that sucks. For that sake, I hope that address is correct, because otherwise, this whole post would become pointless.

This number has called 3 times know when I have been away and leaves no message.

How do you know this is the physical address?

Report them, but they appear to keep calling, no matter what you do.  I've started calling them back (most recently, today, at the above number) over and over and over again for at least an hour.  I start by explaining to the first couple dozen what I'm doing and why, then mostly just sit silent each time until they hang up.  With a redial button, it's quick and you can do other things at the same time.  It costs them money for incoming calls and ties up their lines and agent time.  Near the end, I tell a couple dozen of them that I'll do it twice as long next time they call. It was marginally effective the first time I did it - they stopped for several weeks.  We'll see what happens this time.  As an individual, I can do little more than annoy them.  If enough of us do it, though, we could effectively shut them down, at least for short periods of time.  What do you say?  Shall we gang up on them?

Indian man trying to get me to re-order Phentermine. Very rude and refuses to take no for an answer. I told him that I do not want to order from him and want to be monitored by my physician since this is an controlled substance.  He tried to keep me on the phone even when I told him not to call again.  I told him that I was reporting his number and office to the FDA/Medical society. He hung up and I did too.
