Someone called me from there and the return didn't go through.  I got a little info from the person on the other end before she hung up on me, and I tracked her down.  She claimed to be with the Federal Housing Administration and Fidelity Capital.  Their number is (310) 807-4441, and the receptionist said that she worked there.  I doubt the FHA would have an agent calling me at home at 7PM, so it's off to donotcall.gov to file a complaint.

Someone from this number called at 7:40pm tonight - no one there when we answered, tried calling back but call won't go through.

yep, i get about 2-3 calls a day from this number and no answer on the other end. when i try to call back the phone calls don't go thru. very annoying.

Just got a call from this # and when I called back - rang once and disconnected. Am reporting to the do not call registry as I am signed up

This is a mortgage company claiming to call from FHA (Federal Housing Administration) but it is just a scam.  They are a mortgage company looking to sell any type of loan to clients, just as long as they make a profit in this  slow housing market

get called from this number at least 5-6 times a week . phone rings once then there is nothing there.

Got a call at 8:37pm in CO. Didn't answer - was watching "Lost". Didn't leave a message.

Got a call and the guy ask for me by name, when I said "This is he" he said "sorry, got the wrong number"... Uhhh.. he said my name.  wtf

Had a call last night from a young man saying he worked with a company called "Fidelity Capital" and they wanted to help re-do my mtg.  When I asked him if he was aware of the penalties in my state for cold calling, he got very quiet.

We ended the conversation at that point.

Called at 2:00 in the afternoon- CO and have Country Wide.  Lovely that they do this to us.

It is 5:59 here in N. calif 11-27-07 just recieved a call from 310-461-1039 I did not answer but as the phone was ringing I type it in Google and found this web site. After reading what is going on from everybody else I now know this is an unwanted call. I am on the National no call list and suggest that if you are not to do so as it has stopped 99% of the calls I was getting. I am going to go to the web site and see it about filing a complaint on this number.

I received a call tonight from this number.  Didn't answer (my nails were wet), no message.  I had countrywide too, but you'd think they might know I sold the house so there's nothing to refi.

We get this call 2-3x per week, always just a hang up.  I think my telezapper gets rid of it.

8:16EDT, Answered the cell phone and some (man-like) voice said "Uh!" and hung up.

Here it is 741 in N. California. Asked for me by name, when asked who he was, right away hung up! This is really aggravating - if they want to pay my phone bill they can call, otherwise they need to stop. How inconsiderate of them calling this late. Sure glad I found this web site to report yet another call. PS - I did have Countrywide a couple years ago.

Got a call.. Here in Indiana.
They asked for me by name, then it disconnected.   Some sort of broken automated system I would assume.  I do have countrywide, so it's possible it's one of there "we have a deal for you calls" that comes up every once in a while.

I keep getting calls for over a year now. At times they pretended to be my mortgage co. Other times, no answer...I have verbally warned them numerous amount of times not to call, but it continues anyway. So I just stopped answering. I am surprised to see that this is what the search on that number brought up. What is this all about and what can we do if anything?

I recieved a call on my cel. phone from this number at 4:35pm on Wednesday, 10-3-2007.  The called left no message. My cel. phone carries a Miami area cade of 305.

Have him set up for an air horn blast the next time I'm settling in to watch Prison Break. Bah ring it!

This number just called me and I think I've been scammed! I am a bit nervous as it seemed legit and I gave them personal info! They claimed to be Fidelity looking to refinance my mortgage. How would they have gotten all my mortgage info?

same thing... they call 3-6x a day and leave no message. If we answer, they do not speak... very frustrating.

The call appears to originate from Beverly Hills residence, and the name is available for $14 or so from various sites.  It's only hit me once, so I probably won't bother -- yet.
