5/20 17:39 PDT  Have number blocked but calling anyway.

5/16 18:13 PDT  Thought report to NOMOROBO would stop these calls, but didn't seem to work, so now have blocked with my blocker.  Will also try to register as above.  No ID and no actual message, although rolled over to voicemail and stayed on long enough to indicate there was a message.

I've been getting calls every day from "Compton CA". I don't answer it or anything that says a city or toll free call.  My phone service doesn't have simultaneous calling so I can't use nomorobo.  Sigh.

Multiple calls in last 18 hours!

5/15 17:39 PDT  Tried to call again just now.  Had tried several days.  I didn't answer then or now since there is no ID and I don'[t know number.  There was no message.  I see from one of the notes above that I should probably report to NOMOROBO, so I will do that right after this note.

I see they tried to phone bomb me last night while I was setting up our new phone system.  This system will finally bring silence. They called 8 times in one minute.  Since I have no record of the call other than in My Verizon phone logs, Verizon simultaneously rang all 8 calls to Nomorobo, and they were hung up on every time. :)

Eff you, scammers!

When you guys call those numbers back, be sure to dial *67 first to turn off your caller ID.  On the rare occasions they answer the phone, it really pisses them off that you have blocked your ID, and it makes it easier to mess with them with impunity.

I don't think I'll be messing with them much anymore, since I'll soon be blocking everyone, except for those I expressly "whitelist".  Been keeping a list of everyone who calls me: Family, friends, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, etc.  Everyone else can pound sand!  Looking forward to silence again.

Caller stated they were representing Edison Power Company. Wanted number verification. Asked if Edison requested they call me, they hung up. Tried call back, "number has been disconnected or is no longer in service."

5/13 11:40 PDT  First call from this number, but since I don't recognize it and there is no ID and no message, who cares?  Only 5th unidentified caller today, so far.

Yet another new number.  Disconnected, of course.  Reported to Nomorobo.

I'm probably switching over to a white list (blocking everyone I don't know) when my new call blocker gets here tomorrow.  Nomorobo is just letting too many calls through.
