Guy was very rude and i told him not to call my number and he said some very rude unprofessional things.

Got a call from E. I. F.  No message, googled the number to find all these reviews. Glad I did not answer!

Same thing here.  Keep getting numbers like this that lead now where and from no one I know.  I don't EVER answer...then the eventually go away.  If it was important they would leave a message.....otherwise they don't get a call back unless identified.

I received call, they asked for me, I replied "she isn't home, may I take a message?"  She replied, "no, this is a courtesy call."then hung up abruptly.  No idea who or what they are.

Got a call on my cellphone. Claiming I was finalist for sweepstakes for cash and/or cars. Wanted to verify my address. It wasn't right but she had my name right. She asked if I was from Texas. I said no. She asked if I moved or if the address was just wrong. I said the address is just wrong.

She asked if she could have my updated address. I said yes... it's "1234 Anywhere Street."

"Can you spell that, please?", she asked.

I said, "1-2-3-4 A-n-y-w-h-e-r-e."

"OK," she replied.  "What is the town?"

Not believing she is still asking I said, "Some Town."

She then asked, "Is that in Texas?" To which I replied, "Yes, it is."

"Oh, well I guess I at least got that right!" she said very cheerfully. "What is the zip code?"

Shocked that she is so clueless I said, "1-2-3-4-5."

"Could you repeat that, please?" she asked. Eagerly to do so I said, "Sure. It's 1-2-3-4-5."

I then heard some unrecognizable grumbling and rustling. Then she hung up.

It is disturbing they called.  No vm.  Igoogled. Read all info.

Said it was a sweepstakes wanted all my personal information, when i told them i pay everything with money order they hung up

She said she was from Publishers company in California and I had possibly won a prize. They are also using   310-539-7189  as well.

i call the number and talk to her  she do not like and she  hang up on me so i call back  and she said she was cop i lauged she hang up again

Same call - Ellis Isl Fund - don't know who they were - asked if they wanted Jr or Sr - they stated Jr - too bad my son is under the age of 15 - dumasses

The number comes up as 310-539-7197...but still Ellis Island Fund.

Have been receiving calls from this number, ID lists Ellis Island Fund....for about a month.  I've not answered. No messages being left...annoying.

I got this number call on my cellphone.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  Probably another solicitor.  Why use your min. if you don't know who it is?

just got a call from this number with a lot of childish nonsense gibberish left as a message.  Didn't recognize it so didn't pick up.

i got a call from this  caller and they asked for me by name i was not up for talking and the man hung up on me tried to call back keep getting been busy call  at night no anser

I had a few missed calls from this number over a few week period when i answered it they asked for a woman whom i knew previously had my number as her own. I gave the usual explanation no this isn't her number I purchased this phone from walmart and etc.. he asked who my wireless provider was and told me I better change my number because it was listed and that he was a telemarketer, and then he continued by saying he was the world's best telemarketer I interupted him by stating I was NOT the woman whom he had asked for and he said well thats too bad I really wish you were cause you sound really hot. I immediately hung up! A little while later I was mad about the whole incident and tried to call back several times just getting a busy signal I then tried later on at night and just got ringing and ringing then I discovered this site.

Got a call from this number. Caller didn't leave voicemail.

Same thing today--at first I did confirm, but as it kept going, I ended up hanging up.  He was super friendly, asking about weather,etc.
But it was to my work number and address...so I'm calling JP Morgan and getting it resolved...

Got a call from this number. Caller ID says LOMITA, California.. Never even been there... calling back with blocked number.. since they didn't leave a voicemail... ... ...ringing.... ....still ringing.. nothing. I'm glad I dont answer unknown numbers and I'm glad this site is here.

Have gotten several calls from this number that I never answer, and they never left messages.  I tried calling back today on a landline with no answer.  Then googled the number and saw this.  Called the number back with my cell phone and a man answered with a simple "Hello".  I didn't say anything, waited for a little while, and got another "hello?"  and then a loud "HELLO!".  Which is when I hung up, without saying anything.

Anwered call.  Knew a lot of my private info.  "Sweepstakes" was the lure.

Got a call around 11 from them today, saying I was a finalist in some Dream Sweepstakes and that I qualified because I'm either a loyal customer to my bank or pay my bills on time. He already knew my address and asked to confirm in and other miscellaneous things like if I work and my age. He sounded pleasant enough but it struck me odd that some of the things he said didn't sound very professional, too relaxed and possibly flirtatious (kept asking how is it possible I'm still single). He said they'd mail me notification if I'd won anything.

This number called and didn't leave a message. No ID either. How are they getting cell phone numbers?

Contacted me at my place of employment - same sales pitch as "A"s posts above - when I told him to mail me the info - he hung up.
