My daughter was called today by Bexter Cruz, saying she was going to be arrested unless she sent him $700. Due to a pay day loan she took out.  He scared her so bad she was crying hysterically.  Luckily a friend I work with  warned us this was a SCAM!  We were ready to get this money.
His phone number is714-584-9436 out of Los Angeles
He has all my daughters information social security number, where she works and lives.!!!!
This man needs to be arrested  Someone needs to stop him.....

I got the same call but it was from a 323 phone number and I spoke with baxter cruz I wish I would have googled them they scammed me out of 400 dollars they had me scared I wad gonna go to jail I'm a single mom if two kids and I work two jobs I feel so stupid what can I do I want this person arrested

I go this same call from a guy name Baxter Cruz from phone# 415-358-1694.. he told me there;s a lawsuit that was issued againts my name and ss#. he said,  I have a loan at Cash Advance USA that I never pay.. he was saying i took the money and I should pay them back.  when I started getting mad because I know I dont have a cash advance loan..and started asking about when they deposited the money, what bank account, give me a case#, give me your license#.. etc.. he got so mad at me and said, tomorrow, sheriff will be at your work to arrest you so goodluck to you coz you will never win.. wtf!!

SO today I received a call from Dextor Cruz. He told me he was an attorny and that I owed CashADvance USA for $250.00 they loaned me. I don't remember getting a loan from them. He said I had to pay $645.32 in 1 hour or I would be arrested at work tomorrow! I have never even had a parking ticket. He wanted me to go to Walmart and only Walmart to get a prepaid VIsa for them. Guess what I am so stupid that I actually started to do what he said.He scarred teh CR*P out of me. I called the attorney generals office and filed a police report.I am shaking like a leaf. WHo are these people and why would they like to torment people just for money. Well we all know where they are going, HE**!!!

I was called by this same people but the number is (818) 337-3054 and a middle eastern man claiming to be a Dexter Cruz Attorry at Law out Northern Los Angeles Area calling in behave of CASHNET.USA.com. Which I have never even took a loan out from!
Telling me that I need to pay $440.00 by 2 hours or he will have the cops come arrest me. And he will charge me with fees of $5000.00 in the courts. At first I was worried but, than I told him ok so in the case of me be charged I feel I need to retian a lawyer. At that point I asked him for the contact info. to the company I owe this money to and thier lawyers info. (bc that I looked up a Dexter Cruz at Law) and there is not such person. He got mad at me told me " Why would I want to send $1000.00's of dollars to get a lawyer when I can just pay him the $440.00" and avoid jail time of 6 mths. Then once again I just told him thats fin bc if I'm facing jail time I  NEED a Lawyer and he hung up on me.

Well I got a call from the non English speaking morons about an hour ago.I managed to piss them off enough that they hung up. So I called back 23 times and they would only talk to me 3 out of the 23 times. I told them during the call I needed them to stay on the line for only another 45 seconds... That tips them off you are tracing the call.

They hung up - so i called back 4 more times and twice they just hung up and the final 2 they let it ring until I got sick of sitting there.. The next time I hope to see if i can either make them cry or make them hang up on me in 15 seconds this time.

AAAHHHH Fun times. I am going to call them every 10 minutes for the next 72 hours because I CAN!!

HEY I RECEIVED THESE SAME PHONE CALLS SAYING I WAS GOING TO BE ARRESTED TO DAY WHICH WOULD BE 12/13/2011.. ALL YESTURDAY I KEPT CALLING THEM ASKING FOR PROOF AND SUCH DOCUMENTS ABOUT THIS LOAN I SUSPOSEDLY GOTTEN.. I TOLD THEM TO MAIL THEM THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T.. THEY WOULD FAX THEM!!! I SAID NO MAIL THEM.. THEY STARTED HANGING UP IN MY FACE AND STUFF,NOW THEY WANT ANSWER THE PHONE.. I WENT TO MY BANK AND GOOD THING I DID CUZ LENDERS NETWORK WAS TRYING TO DRAFT  $30 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT GOOD THING THIS TRANSACTION DIDNT GO THROUGH.. BUT PLEASE WARN ANYONE YOU KNOW CUZ THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE AND THEY HAVE SCAMMED ALOT OF PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY BECAUSE SOME THINK THEY ARE REALLY GOING TO JAIL FOR A LOAN THEY NEVER HAD..

These a holes think that they are the smoothest in the world what dumb idiots i recieved 9 calls in one day Robert Fintch and a Sam Rodger and a Matt Davis come on why does the same GUY answer the phone and leave messages as if we dont know its him calling us and he isnt that bright Who would use the same names just enter change/ mix n match the names as if we would think he was a different person.  AND HE IS STUPID IF WE REALLY APPLIED FOR A LOAN WITH CASH ADVANCE. COM WE WOULD HAVE THE LOAN DOCS SOMEWHERE....... HE couldnt even tell me WHAT COMPANY and when the loan was issued Pressured me to go to WALMART LMAO!!!!! WALMART get a prepaid credit card deposit on the card 5000 and pay him 10% of the amount of the LOAN I NEVER GOT! He is getting BOLD contacting my family and work place and trying to collect from them is CROSSING THE LINE. BEWARE THEY ARE A SCAM AND WE NEED TO ALL FILE A POLICE REPORT AND GET AN ATTORNEY TO HELP US FILE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST THIS CRIMINAL!

Whatever acct you have open, close it ASAP! This 888-419-9080 or ILender.net is a scam company that tries to take money from your acct without your knowledge.  When you call the bank, if you have any overdraft fees or anything because of these transactions, the bank will not reimburse any of it and is only gonna suggest that you close your acct b/c their only gonna continue to try to debit your acct for different amounts. Close your acct ASAP!!!!

I received a call from a "Mike Davis" from the same number. When you call the number back, the phone rings wierd and they put you on hold for about 5 mins to reach the person that you ask for. They are all Indian. Since when do Indians with foreign accents have Americanized names? They have been very rude to my fellow co-workers and frankly do not care how they speak to others. Everyone knows that due to the privacy act no business can release personal information/matters to others. I've told them several times to not call my house, my cell, and especially my work place. I work for a U.S. Congressman and getting these type of calls are extremely embarassing. I have contacts in high places and have been a victim of fraud before. These people are going to be very sorry that they ever messed with me.

these son of a bi****s called me a day before thanksgiving, saying his name was "robert fitch" and that a lawsuit was being filed againts me for a loan i did not even get! and that they were gonna arrest me on friday. he was saying that i had to pay half of the amount which was $350 so they can stopped the warrant from going out, and gullible me almost paid it. & i ask "robert fitch" whoever the f*** he is! if i can pay it the next day and he said no cos the office will be closed due to the holiday. so i stopped answering the calls, and what do you know he calls me continously the next day on (thanksgiving). and i still didnt answer any of the calls, someone had left me a voicemail stating a different name. so i took the time to listen to the voicemail again, and the guy that had left me the voicemail sounded so much like the so called "robert fitch". so i called that number back asking for "robert fitch", the guy with the same accent put me on hold for the longest time. these f****rs hung on me as soon as i started to ask questions! so i decided to call back, and the same person that had answered the phone and hung on me answered again, but claiming his name was attorney "robert fitch". he they gave me directions as to how to pay the balance, was for me to get a pre paid card at walmart and send it to them! but before i decided to do anything else. i decided to do some research of my own, and look up the so called attorney and nothing came up not even from that area code. so i looked up the number. and it gave me all these red flags and that it was a scam! i must admit these f****rs had me spooked and i really thought i was going to jail! f****n a***oles! i hope these people get caught, and dealth with!

I received a call from the number specified on both my cell phone and my job. The person, who identified himself as ?Mike Elliot? left me a voicemail saying he was calling on behalf of a lawyer by the name of ?Danny Cole.? His message was extremely hard to understand and one could almost take it as a threatening call.

How he got my information was because my wife needed four thousand dollars to pay off a bill and ?let her fingers do the walking? on the Internet. She got onto a payday loan website saying she could get a payday loan for up to five thousand dollars.

Due to the fact my wife?s credit was bad; she wanted me to get the loan in my name. At first I resisted, but later gave in. No sooner than she hit the ?submit? button, I had over twenty callers calling me, in hopes of giving me a loan. I was furious, because I thought she was dealing with a specific company, not farming my information out to God knows who.

Due to the multiple calls we received, we never went beyond the original process. The next day a company called ?DIRfundsvc? (888-467-4349) put three hundred dollars into her account without authorization. They sent her an email saying they would charge her an eighty dollars processing charge. My wife alerted the bank that they deposited the money without authorization and she emailed the company to withdraw the funds immediately and to close the loan account. They did so.

The next thing we knew, a company called ?iLenderNet? (888-419-9080) deposited three one cent transactions into her account as a ?fishing expedition.? My wife again alerted the bank.

From what I read about ?iLenderNet,? they were a scam company. Their modus of operandi was to make little deposits, little withdrawals, then charge a thirty-dollars ?processing fee.? After their processing fee, they would then withdraw up to three hundred ninety-nine dollars from the account. Needless to say, the bank stopped the withdrawal and my wife closed her account.

Today, November 25, 2011, someone from (310) 547-8686 called my job and also my cell phone. A person calling himself ?Danny Cole? said he was calling on the behalf of ?Mike Elliot,? who was an attorney. Danny?s message was extremely hard to understand, due to his heavy accent. His message was unprofessional, because he seemed unsure of himself and could be considered a threat.

My wife called the phone number from our house phone, pretending to ?accidentally? dialing it by mistake. When she asked who the company was, they said ?First Attorney Services? and she would need to speak with Mike Elliot tomorrow (my wife didn?t take in consideration they probably have Caller ID and knew who she was). LOL!!! When she asked what city they were in, they simply said, ?California.?

First, let me say not be panicked by these people. What everyone needs to do is get copies of all past bank statements in the event this goes beyond this. After all, if a person gets a payday loan, it must be deposited into an account, right? The deposit or debit will look something like ?External Withdrawal 888-419-9080 ? iLenderNet? (your bank statement may look different, but you get the idea).

Call the number back and ask for the person specified. Tell them the call is in reference of a debt and everything they say is being recorded, even if you?re not recording it. If they object tell them that you will not talk to them without their consent to the recording of the conversation. Please note, however, taping a conversation without their knowledge is a violation of federal law.

Should you get their consent to tape the conversation, ask they send all proof of claims to a post office box, for you will not respond any further regarding the issue over the telephone.

Another thing, if you truly believe this is a scam, contact the city police where the caller originated and file a Police Report. After that, contact the Big Three credit bureaus. There are also government websites you can go to lodge a complaint against the company.

With this said, times are tough and we go to payday loans. If you find yourself needing to go to a payday loan, consider going to a local company. If that doesn?t work, you need to weight the consequences thereof. The consequences to my wife going to a website she did not know, has caused me a great deal of stress. Don?t allow yourself be bullied by these bullies. Hope this helps. Remember, the burden of proof rest with them. If they can?t prove they put the money in your account, it didn?t happen.

I received a call from a friend today stating that a friend of his was receiving the very same call from Baxter Cruz threatening to put her in jail over a debt that she doesn't even own. He had her upset to say the least because she didn't know what was happening. I am a Paralegal and have been through this very same thing myself. You can imagine the fun I had with my perp. they were the ones who didn't know what was happening. When I started slapping them back with the law and what they were not going to do and why they were dumb-founded. The important thing for everyone to remember is that there are no Debtor's Prisons and it is against the Federal Fair Debt Collection Laws for anyone to threaten to put you in jail, arrest you or take you to court over a debt. You could sue them faster than they could say court.  So, my suggestion is after you tell them what you will do to them if they don't leave you alone, pick up the receiver and slam it down in their ear or just answer the phone and hang up immediately without saying a word. They get very angry but then so will you if you have to answer the phone whenever they call.

This website is no good! I am afraid my information has been leaked to vendors who keep calling saying I owe them money and threatening me with court. I have paid this loan in full. When I called back the number it went straight to a prompt message and then hung up. I kept calling the number (310-547-8686) and when i did reach someone, I was so frustrated I started to raise my voice. He then started yelling back at me with Hindu curse words that did not make sense at all! This site is trying to put fear in people! Needless to say, this has been a learning experience AND I always look at the positive.. :)

I was called several times and I finally picked ip the phone. It was a guy wno couldnt speak english and tolde that there were three charges brought against my ssn. I asked him what they were and he asked m me if I had an attorney.  I said no and he said I would have to call back and sleak to the attorney. So I called back and he told me the charges and thay I was going to be arrestef. He also said.that he was taping to talk amd wanted me to admit to the charges,which I did not. I simply told him that the convosation was over and mail me the papers and I will take th to my layet. He was made he said you told me that u dont have a lawyer. I said I do now and he hung up.these guys need to be stopped.

Yeah I got a call today while I was at work. He said his name was Mike. I could barely understand the message he left me but it involved an attorney. I plan on calling them back all weekend long. These people need to get a life.

I got a call from A Dexter Cruz claiming to put me in jail if I didnt pay $500.00.. needless to say, my nerves have wrecked the last 2 days and my sister literally in tears non-stop. These guys will do nothing short of absolutely humiliating and demeaning you like like you were the scum of the earth. I hope God has mercy on there souls!!!

I received the same call today from the same frauders - whom by-the-way called me a fraud when I started asking questions. First they stated they were from the State Attorney's office and I had commited intercommerce fraud on my work pc regarding a Cash Advance that was deposited into my account and a stop payment prevented them from taking money back out. As I do recall there was a deposit of .05 cents deposited in my account and three withdraws of .01 + .01 + .03 which I did not authorized. I notified my bank and the telephone number listed was from a Loan Verification Department 1-866-235-7681, ID: 1000225430; www.paymentassistance101.com. Oh, and by the way, I do keep track of my emails, bank statements, and telephone numbers of persons calling. This arose my suspension that something fraudent was going on. I immediately put a stop payment on whomever was going into my account unauthorized. They went so far as to wanting my supervisor's telephone number, my cell phone number and immediately I told them since they don't pay my cell bill they won't get the number. I told them that fraud is alive and well. I'll be waiting on them to pick me up from my office or home.

I must admit that I was livid.  Now that I calmed down I actually had to laugh.  I guess we're all getting arrested Friday.  Busy day for arrests, LOL.  I think it's awful that they can get our information, social, employer information, what's worse is that they probably swindle people who actually don't know any better.  I think they got my information from a payday loan application I stupidly filled out online.  What's hilarious is that mine told me he was calling from the FBI, the guy can barely speak coherently, when I challenged him and said, "You're the FBI?" he got really nervous and shady.  I told him I was going to get in contact with the real FBI and now he's not picking up my calls to give him a piece of my mind.  My advice to others, DON'T EVER FILL OUT A PAYDAY LOAN APPLICATION ONLINE.
