October 27,2009 at 4:39PM - got a text message asking me if I have $10,000 dollars in credit card debt because they can help me.

unsolicited text message "Boost your credit score in 90 days..."

None of the posts above list a company name.. is there one?  My uncle is receiving text msgs from these idiots and I'd like to get the company name if possible.  He is also getting these msgs from 2 other numbers
949-374-9109 (Capistrano Valley cell) and 562-485-7914 (Long Beach landline) There has got to be a way to stop these people

unsolicited text message from 3105629517 stating: Unsatisfied with your current investments?  Need inside expert advice?  NTG has posted profits of 200% in the FOREX market.

totally unsolicited text message saying "is your mortgage payment too high? I'm in the DO NOT CALL list. I have replied back requesting to stop sending stupid messages, it does no good.

Same deal text message offering mortgage help.

Text message to cell phone. Text wanting to help me get out of debt. Filed a complaint with the FCC at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm.

A test message saying "Dear homeowner, if you are struggling to make your mortgage payment or have a recent hardship, a modification can help. Would you like to learn more about this?".
I didn't request this text MSG or want to receive others!!

Mine came at 9:07 p.m. saying "If you are struggling to keep up with credit card payments and have more than 15k debt, we can help." Replied that I was on the do not call list and I was filing a complaint. I guess I better do it now!

I received a unsolicitate text from this number, is anoying i tried to call back the # and wasn't able to leave a message. Voice mail not set up.

text message for a mortage advertisement even though we're on the no-call list

Text says, "Dear Austinite, We are a local energy efficiency company offering free home audits, this can lower your utility bills, would you like to learn more?"

Same info as others. 7:50pm on Oct 26. These people should be ashamed.
