This number is related to a solar telemarking firm located in Santa Monica Ca,  I have spoken to a live person several times and told them not interested, don't call again. Still call about 8 times a week. The last call I ended up again telling the male caller not interested and stop calling then hung up. That called back three more times one after another, I did not answer when I saw it was the same number.

Repeated calls. Caller ID: Santa Monica CA. No messages left. I'm leaving this note to show that in the middle of August 2013, the telemarketers have not abandoned this number.

Repeated unwanted calls from 310-587-1329 with silence on the line then they hang up. When I call back then number says it's out of order.

Why don;t we start calling them everyday and hanging up. What if someone took an ad out for something and put there name to call in the ad.

It's the same as everyone else has reported. Caller is UNKNOWN. The phone rings 4 times and then stops. If I decide to answer it, they is no one on the line. No Call List doesn't help at all, and the telemarketers know that. They have our phone numbers and addresses and we can't do anything about it. I have started saying that I am not the home owner, that I only rent. They usually rang up. Oh well...sucks to be them.

A solar company. If you politely ask them to remove your number from their list they will get pushy. They call constantly. I have written down the number so I recognize it when they call again and I can tell them I'm going to report them. What a pain.

Received numerous calls from this number. I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know; I made an exception this time. The caller, a sweet sounding young woman, asked for "Sean." It seems Sean is a debt deadbeat. Not being Sean, I told her that I wasn't and not to call back again. Doubt if the "don't call again" will work, so I put the number in the block list. Next time I get the call, I'll ask for the young woman's name and address, and meet up with her---maybe I can talk her into...

tell them to hang on a minute put the phone down and walk away see how long they hold. or if you don't like someone or have another telemarketers number tell the person your not interested but you know someone who is and give them that number.

I too have a Digital Call Blocker as Jim S. stated above. It does have an 80 call block capacity. What I do is have an Excel spreadsheet with all my blocked numbers. I add numbers as I block them. When a blocked number calls The Digitone references it as 'blocked' on the Caller ID. Whenever I notice a blocked number I just go to my Excel sheet and put the date of the blocked call next to the blocked phone number or, if new, just add the number to my blocked list. When I hit 80 numbers (which takes a really long time) I just go to my Excel sheet and see which blocked numbers have called the fewest times and which ones are the oldest by call date. I then go to the Digitone and remove all those blocked numbers from my list. This removes usually 50% of the numbers freeing up all those spots to use on future blocked call numbers. I have yet removed a blocked number that has actually called back. Most telemarketers use a number for only a month or two. They then either disappear or start using new numbers. It really isn't that much extra work and I actually look forward to checking my list.
BTW, I understand Digitone is coming out with a new Call Blocker that has 130 number capacity. I might give mine as a gift to a friend and get that one when it comes out.

This number 310.587.1329 has called about 3-4 times in the last 4-5 days.  They never leave a message.  
This must be more of the same types of calls from a telemarketer,  as already listed on these postings.  I don't answer the calls, eventually they seem to give up, but they are calling in mid June into the Santa Monica area..

Just got one a few minutes ago.  Unlisted number, Anonymous Caller Blocking, DNC and I get rang by them.  They must be robodialing. Caller ID shows "Out of Area".  Prefix comes back as Verizon Santa Monica.

Violations of DNC are at $1k per occurrance.  If someone tracks these a$$hats down and it's a company we should class-action them and let them feel the pain.

I'm getting calls from them too, to my 714 number, but there is no one on the line. When I call back, I get "this number is not in service". What do they want? Doesn't the phone company know who owns this number? Could this be an automated fax line that hangs up when it doesn't get a fax signal?

The reason for SILENCE is because they've automatically dialed MANY different numbers at the same time, and someone answered their phone before you picked-up yours. Lucky you... this time.

If your caller ID shows the caller's number (WITHOUT A NAME), and you are sure it's a telemarketer, assign it a place in your phone's directory as SCAMMER 1, 2, 3, etc. (I have 7); I'm able to assign the SCAMMER numbers a different ring, so I know right away without looking.

If I do choose to pickup, I don't say ANYTHING. If they say something, I interrupt by saying "This is the (name of city) Police Department". They hang-up.  Other times I yell as loud as I can. As long as our govenment is impotent to stop this, I'll keep thinking of ways to thwart them. I had to. Between December 2012 and April 2013, I had at least 110 telemarketer calls. And the phone numbers changed regularly. The most calls I got from the same number was 10, and the average was 2-3 from any one number.

My rules are: If I say hello, I only say it ONCE. If an unknown voice asks for me by name, but doesn't IMMEDIATELY also say who they are, I NEVER acknowledge who I am. I either ask who is it, and prepare myself to either YELL an expletive, or tell them it's the POLICE. The rule of thumb is to NEVER allow the caller to gain ANY leverage over you! DO NOT answer questions, because to do so is putting yourself at the disadvantage! Don't waste your time saying you're on the do-not-call register. In reading some of these messages it's obvious most people aren't using common sense, which is an open invitation for more phone calls.

I've been getting calls from this number too as well as about 15 other numbers like it.  Probably computer generated because they do call like clock work each day.  No answer.  Disconnected when you call back.  The regular crap.

I've gotten so tired of all these calls and not understanding why they aren't easier to block through the phone company.  However, I researched and I've found something useful.  I bought a Digitone Call Blocker off Amazon because it got the most positive number of reviews.  I didn't know there was such a thing.  You can read about it here.  http://www.digitone.com/  Not cheap at $92 but so far...  I'm stoked.  (I don't work for Digitone.  I don't care if you buy one or not.  Just sharing something I found that is working for me.)  The only bummer is it has a block call list that only goes to 80.  Seems like I might need more but I'm not sure.  I'd like 300!  However, it will automatically block the obviously bogus numbers like 000-000-0000 or ones that say generic things like Service in the Caller ID.  Oh, you have to have Caller ID to use it too.  You can also set it to block area codes or 800 numbers.  This is the best fix yet and I'm hoping will give the scammers and telemarketing calls a rest.  Not uncommon for us to get 3 or 4 at dinner time.  I'm over that.

called me @ 7:55 but since they called me before I have them blocked. I use youmail.com for my land and cell number.  You can't call them back because they use a service that will answer with "this number is disconnected" so I did the same. I have them logged in and if they call my number they get met with "this number is disconnected"

They call daily to my house, finally answered, asked for owner by name.. said he was not here, they asked if the wife was here... I said no, but how can I??? and they hung up. I am so sick of them calling. I called back, so the number is disconnected, must be rerouted from a computer or something. I am going to answer when they call back and be the owner.. so whats up?

Called today said nothing and hung up. They are obviously looking for people that sound old so they can scam them. Now blocked.

Here is what I did, I set up appointments with them each time they call around lunch time, I eat my lunch and when they are done I tell them exactly what I think about them and kick their a***s out of my house.  After a while they stop calling, looks like the owners of the companies the telemarketers are representing don't like to pay for gas and payroll to send someone out to a house that the owner is willing to waste their time and then kick them out!

Hey Anonymous,  why don't you tell us what you really think!! L.O.L.!!  Although I do agree!  I have a list of over 20 of these scumbags that call my number on a regular basis!  I've said it before and I'll keep on saying it, The Do Not Call Registry is a WASTE OF TAXPAYER'S MONEY!!

3105871329 calls my land line number 3 to 4 times a day.  I want it stopped!  We are on the so-called Do-Not-Call-List.  I will not pick up, push a number, when "they" call. I just hang up.  "They" want me to punch a number..."they" just need to stop!!  

I do not do any business with telemarketers.  Ever!!!
