Do not call numbers back that you do not know. Some of these numbers are for out of the country and will charge you $35 a minute . Its a scam. This particular number may be running a scam too. they always hang up on the first or second ring.

Called 2 different times, never answered, never left a message. Looked it up, some website we might have visited.   Won't answer it ever.

Received a call from this # today @ Noon.  I didn't recognize so didn't answer; no message was left.  Google'd it, looked for 800Notes & got to here.  Thanks to all of you who wrote in, will tag on phone as Spam.

Called rang twice/ hung up

Rang twice at 8:19pm, waking me. My fax machine picks up on the 3rd ring, but the caller hung up before they got to hear the dulcet fax tones screeching in their ears.

Don't know who this is or why they call

I thought it was my ex wife calling because I left rotten shrimp in the curtain rods.

Happened to notice my cell phone scree was lit.  Sure enough a call from this number about two minutes ago!  The phone did not ring.  

Didn't get through one full ring before they hung up.

Same thing just happened to me. One ring and then hang up. Blocking this number on my phone.

Rang twice and didn't recognize # so I let it go to voicemail, but no msg left!!!!  I'd love to see these people's resume and how they display being a pest, annoying, aggravating, irritating,...  Sad!  

don't understand why they call and hang up without a voicemail?

I received a call from this number about an hour after I gave my email address and phone number to a "live chat" LG representative to talk to them about a Bluetooth headset I bought.  Rang twice, no message. Did NOT call back.

Got this call on my cell. I don't answer any number I can't ID. Wouldn't matter if they left a message. I don't call back ads.

I went to the National Do Not Call Registry (https://www.donotcall.gov) and filed a complaint.

Called several days in a row leaves no message
Call back get no answer.

If it were not a CA area code I would say call back scam, where you call an international number and get charged up to about $10-$20 ( just enough where you go "ok I'm an idiot") and let it go rather than complain, but probably an auto dialer where the scammer I mean marketer just tries the first to answer but the machine just keeps dialing.
