They called me on my cell threatening to take legal action against me for something I didn't do. He wouldn't give me a company name or a phone num. He said I had 30 min to make a payment or I would have to go to CA to go to court and pay a fine. They had my social and bank routing num as a ploy to get more info. Don't give them any. Immediately go to ur bank and talk to the bank manager to protect urself.

I received a phone call to call this number within a half hour after they contacted me @ work threatening legal action within 24 hours if I didn't pay them the amount of they requested. It was a complete scam, they wanted my SSN on a faxed paper as well as my apology and could only accept credit card as a payment. And they threatened to have me arrested at my place of business. When I refused they once again, threatened to have me arrested at my business; and I told him, as he claimed to be a "lawyer" he would know that was illegal, and I would have to deal with the consequences..so far no more calls. IT IS A SCAM!
