They say that they are a partner of the Dish Network corporation. When I asked the operator, that eventually came on after a 45 second prerecorded message, what company that he worked for he replied with the partner of Dish Network. When I asked for the company name a second time, he hung up on me.

They are scumbags and his hang up proves it.

We've received calls for the last three nights on our home phone--3:30 a.m., 2:40 a.m., and 1:30 a.m.  Each time, it only rings once or twice and says the caller info is unavailable.  Our phone company provides an on-line phone log for any calls we receive, though, and it did show a number and name--Esmile--310-599-5754.  Then tonight at 10:45 p.m., they called my cell phone, a number we don't usually give out.  When my husband called the number back, it gave an option for "opting out of special offers."  No mention of what those offers were.  I fail to understand what these people are trying to accomplish, since it never rings long enough to pick it up, not to mention that they call in the middle of the night.

They call us.  We ask them not to call us. We don't need anything they have to offer. Bottom line, they call, and call and call,.........

They said they are part of Dish Network and that they are offering 3 months of HBO for free. However, they are not part of Dish Network since I spoke to a representative from Dish and they knew nothing about this agency.

Intentionally Missed Call

this number shows up on my caller ID. (310-599-5750) they call every day between 1-2 PM.  It is a recorded messgae and always the same...Dave's Dish Network, etc....push 1 now to speak with ----and when I have actually pushed the ONE the phone call is discounted, anyway, you can't hang up on them...when you pick up the phone agian the message is still running. I have called the number back every day for 2 weeks and they say they "thank YOU"....I have called the phone company and ask them how can I stop this , since I am on a NO CALL federal list.....as well as the Kentucky attorney generals's office.

This company is actually called Apex Satellite there real number is 949-542-3083 THEY ARE NOT PART OF DISH NETWORK. As you all already know there rude and live to hang up on you. So now you have there real number call and have some fun with them!!

This number called and the ID listed it at 3 MOs Free HBO. Definitely a new one by me to see the ID used as an ad. Of course this tipped me off rather easily that this was a telemarketer.

I have found that by disconnecting my answering machine, most of the telemarket creeps have given up on calling.  Do they get paid only if someone answers?  I have caller ID and when this number comes up I just hit the mute button and the idiot on the other end can listen to me not answering. I also do not accept blocked calls. My phone carrier states this to the person who is trying to call me with a blocked call.

We recieve calls a few times a week from TN Removal list. They are trying to sell us Dish Network. We already have Dish Network. I have tried to get on their Do Not call list. They just keep calling. I try to talk to several people but they either hang up (the usual result) or only one talked to me and told me "ok, your on the NO Call list now" and hung up.  Here is the number they call from (310-599-5750).

Has called several times-I finally decided to answer tonight since it's now been over 30 days since we finally signed up for the National  Do-Not-Call List. Listened to recorded blurb, then pushed 1 to talk to a live person. Guy answered & I told him that this # was on the Do-Not-Call List & they need to remove it from their calling list. Guy, of course, hung up. Don't know if he heard me or not, but if they call again I will report them.
Like Eddie, we've also gotten calls from Call Center,VA 757-990-8981.

A message from Dish network comes on soon after answering the phone with an offer and instructions to press "1" for more information. Pressing 1 to speak to a live rep to have my number removed from the call list is all for naught. Also get calls from "Call Center VA" 757-990-8981 with the same M.O.

Keeps calling, I wait till someone answers then ask not to call again and they hang up........

Caller from the number (310) 599-5750, identified as UNKNOWN, has been calling very often, any call is too often and they simply hang up.  I would like to be removed from their list of callers immediately.  I am not interested in anything they may have to offer.

i got that same number too. it says compton, CA on my caller ID. i didn't pick it up, i thought it could be some gangster dude from compton.. after all, compton is a dangerous city, isn't it?

Received call on Tuesday Aug. 12, at 8:55 in the morning. It went to the voice mail and went through the whole message before they hung up. Not sure why they are calling or what they want. Makes me pretty mad that my number is supposed to be unlisted and yet I get one call after another from these unknowns. Make's it hard on a disabled person who mainly sleeps during the day, to have to be woken up ten or fifteen times in a day. Enough in enough. Stop calling me, if I need a service or something you are selling I will look you up. What pains in my backside.

The never ending almost daily call from that same number. We should file a harassment lawsuit against the company and also a breech of contract suit against the phone company for selling unlisted numbers. I have had that number and several others from Dish TV.  I reported it to the NC atty general.   I received a reply that they (NC Department of Justince) are in contact with Dish TV.

That was last week, today I have already received two of the robot calls identified as "3 mos free HBO".

That too will be reported.  I need to mention that I got a message today left on the recorder, from a person identified frod Dish TV, wanting to talk to me.  If they call back, talking to me will be costly for them.  I fully intend to take them to court along with the Atty General.  

Enough is enough.   Sorry bunch of **** if you ask me.

Seems like they spin their wheels, alot of the time.  I bet LD phone company give them better deal than they give us residential folk, owed to volumn of calls they make.

Maybe we should be bugging the phone companies for allowing those guys to bug us at expense of our time.  You see the twist here?

We pay the phone companies for a service...and they sell us out.  

They allow (maybe promote) those guys to call us and the phone company laughs all the way to the bank....without getting into any trouble.

Makes you think why this lasted so long....right?  Am I right?  Check the box if I am....

This number called my land line, fax, and cell numbers all within about 10 minutes.  Didn't leave a message.  This number ID's as being from Compton, CA, and is the same MO that Dish Network has been using for weeks now.  Can't say for sure, but I'm betting it's them.
