I don't know where this company got my #. I have told them I don't want a subscription but they won't quit calling! If I don't answer they keep calling. This starts at 7:00 a.m. !!!!!!!!

i get calls from this number everyday at least twice a day, for the last week or so! i JUST moved in my apartment not even a month ago.. and only got my phone hooked up 2 weeks ago.. this is ridiculous!

just got another call today(sunday) but I still didnt answer.Theyve called everyday 2 or 3 times a day for the past 2 weeks.

Just got another call from them today @ 9:16 on my business phone. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I think the next time they call, I wonder if I can tie up their line by lifting the receiver and keeping it off the hook??

Called me too. Didn't say anything so I just hung up. Has called over ten times in the last week.

Only thing that actually happens if you press 9 or even call them back is that it confirms that it is a good number and they just sell it to some other list.

Definitely a nuisance.  Probably one of the "Your new car warranty is about to expire."  The way things are going right now, who has a new car?

I have no clue who these people are, but I just called their number to be removed from their list.  The automated response said it would take 20 days to be completely removed.

I get calls from this number everday starting at 8:00 am until 9:00 pm. PESTY!

This # 310-599-5752 calls allday, everyday and at all times of the day and LATE evening! When I answer its a loud tone and then nothing. If I don't answer they don't leave a message. I should'nt have to turn off the phone that I pay for because of this. What if an emergency call tries to come through. My husband works crazy hours and we have kids, we can't rest and its annoying!!!!!!!!!  Stop calling!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who ever you are, when you are willing to give me your number and let me call and bug the hell out of you then we can TALK. Oh, and at whatever time of the day or night that its convenient for me.

Renee, how weird that you posted on the same day.  I was just looking up this number because I got a call as well, but didn't answer it.

this have called me 2 or 3 times a day for weeks... it's calls my fax line and drives me nuts, it comes up as SVSC on my call log

I love these calls.  Nothing like wasting someones time. They are trying to sell phone service.  I told them, sweet because I NEVER pay my phone bill. I usually run up a $1000 in 1900#'s and then switch companies.  Then they hung up.  Of course I do not do this really, calling the 1900 #'s that is.  I was once was solicited for windows.  Told them I didn't believe in windows.  Said I like the breeze throughout the house.  Not to mention a bunch of other stuff.  Another favorite is when they call tell them to wait a minute while you shut your food off.  Then start screaming you burned yourself or just leave them waiting.  It is hilarious.

I called 1 866 708 0401 I kept getting a recording so I left messages, I kept calling, I told them I notified the FCC among others including formal complaints with my law enforcement, I followed their instructions to review my message and pressed the correct number to send my message, I hung up, called back and guess what? A human person answered and told me I would be taken off the call list when his boss arrived, I said I would continue calling them until the calls stopped, I did this for ten or fifteen minutes, hey, guess what, no more calls from them. Fight back, tie up their phone lines and time, it works.

Calls over 4 times a day at all hours.  Will still call after put on do not call list.

Just started receiving these calls from this number for the past couple of day's started on 2/18/09, I also just switched my services from Time Warner Cable to ATT Uvers, never had this problem with Time Warner Cable, wondered if most of you receiving these calls have AT&T as your carrier? Or started getting them after switching from you local phone service carrier?

I called the number back and it asked if I wanted to be removed from there list to hit 1 on the key pad. todays date 2/22/09 will see if it works.

I get calls from this number 3-4 times a day. They never leave a message and never say anything when I answer. Is there anything we can do about this? It is very annoying. I am even on the Do Not Call List and have been for 2 years!!

If you have a way to block this number then use it! First, no message is left on vms. Also, I've called back twice (first time curious, second time furious). Each time I opted to not receive futher calls. The calls still come in at least three times per day. Wonder if my phone bill will have a $95 charge for each time I called back?

I am so sick of these unwanted phone calls.  All hours of the day. I feel hostage with my own privacy in place.  Unlisted number, I can't leave my answering machine on because they load it up and I have had it.  What good is the Do Not Call List provide if I am still being harassed by someone I don't even know?  Why did I pay to have my number unlisted so I could avoid this crap? FCC had best take this invasion of my privacy serious as I am willing to pursue if these calls do not cease.  I have a job, and I pay my bills.  Get a real job or Better Business Bureaus will be contacted. Promise.

This number called me. A Word to advice. Do as I DID and this really frustrated the guy on the other end. Go through the process, as you are gonna actually get their services. Once any of your Personal Information is asked - just simply tell them NOT TO CALL YOUR HOME AGAIN!!  This Really made the guy mad after talking all of the wonderful talk with me. THIS IS HOW THEY SUCCEED - WHEN;.. it's like on a scale. Every Call that's not hung up is usually a GOOD CALL meaning that's business & money for them. Just simply make them think that they have gotten a sale and FRUSTRATE THEM by PUTTING them on a 15 min. HOLD while you go and get your Information or being mute on the phone in the middle of the conversation. If you can get the number to actually call the company to order service - flood those lines as well. This is the Weapon - TO STOP RUNNING from the CALLS, turn around and FALL IN LOVE with TALKING to the Company!! I may even call them back 3 times a day just to pretend that I'm gonna order service - but mistakenly fall asleep on the phone, etc..

JUST USE YOUR WEAPON - USE YOUR PHONE!!

I got a call from them as well, thanks everyone for posting.  My advice: If you are getting calls from the same number all the time you should contact your phone company and request that they put a call block on that number.  That way they won't be able to get thru to your phone.

They call non stop, leave no message.

sales pitch, and if you want to be taken off of our call list press 9 now. (and if you don't hit 9 within 2 seconds it hangs up) pain in the butt these phone calls.
