These idiots called my personal cell phone at 2:45 in the morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This caller is using harassment by calling me 7 times over last 3 days including a call at 3 AM and 5 AM.  Phone rings just once and shows ?E SMILE? on CallerID.  Go to www.donotcall.gov and file a complaint with the government so they?ll have a record to prosecute.

Nobody there when I answer. Get calls all hours of the day and night.
example, 6/22/09 11:27 pm, 6/23/09 4:00 am, 7:25 am, 10:46 am.
I call the number back and the recording says to press number 1 to take your number off the list. I have done this several times and the calls just keep coming and more frequently

We live in Seattle got three calls in the middle of the night last night -after midnight, 2:50, and 4:30am.  When I answered no one was on the other line.  The number on my caller ID was 1-399-599-5754 - "TN Removal List." I telephoned them back this morning and recieved a recording that if I wanted to be removed from "their call list" to press 1.  I did and now worry I made a mistake...

THEY HAVE NOW CALLED ME 6 TIMES IN ONE DAY...HOW DO I GET THEM TO STOP? IT RINGS ONCE, THEN THEY HANG UP...

I have received 2 calls from 310-599-5754 today, googled it and found out I'm not alone. They are calling my cell and letting it ring just 1 time. It's aggravating as all get out. I have registered my numbers with the Do Not Call list. Seems like there should be something that could be done to stop this!

Just got a call from ID E Smile, number 310-599-5754, rang once and that was it.  I live in Alabama.  I sleep very heavy, so don't know if they've called in the middle of the night or not.

I received a call from number 702-520-1466.  TN Removal List showed as the caller on my caller ID.  When I answered this call, it was a man that has been trying to scam me for money who lives in Nigeria.  (I know this sounds very strange, but it is true.)  When I called the number back, it went directly to a recording indicating that if I wanted my number removed from their list, to press "1".

these jerks have call me many times and every time I picked up my phone they sent me to a recording and tell me to press 1 to be removed and I do it but they keep calling at all hours. All my phones are private and are in the do-not-call-list

this number calls at all hours of the night.  2 rings and hangs up.  The government can and should do something about this person or company.

We have been recieving calls at all times of the day and night.  It is either E Smile or Compton Comp Ca. It has been going on now for over a week.  I tried blocking the number but was told I could only do local numbers so I guess until these (think this is funny) people are caught, there is nothing I can do. If you have the authority to do something about this please do.

We got a call from the same number last night at 4:18am. I am hesitant to call it back, and wait for the prompt to take my number off it's list...since there are so many scams out there lately.

this E Smile fom this 3103995754 number has caused my father to have a heart attack this morning. We have forwarded the matter to the feds for further investigation.

same as you guys.someone please forward these messages to the phone co. i dont no how to. someone please post a phone co. number here that someone answers i will keep calling them until they do something. it should be against the law to sell me caller id and blocker then sell another customer something so powerful i cant block them,it seams like a phone co. scam to sell caller id. follow the money the way i see it the phone co. could be profiting from our misery.Stop 1-310-599-5754.what happened to door to door sales men.they would get punched out in my neighborhood for this pranking,So thanks for your time fitz

well i just found out the problem with verizon. they cant block long distance calls because they dont have any engineers smart enough to put blocks on phone numbers that we the consumer want blocked. JUST ANOTHER FAILER OF THE PHONE COMPANY TO PROTECT ITS CONSUMER WHO PAYS FOR SERVICE.

same thing happened to me phone rang once said E-SMILE AT 4:30 IN THE MORNING. I BLAME THE PHONE COMPANYS FOR ALLOWING THIS CONNECTION TO HAPPEN IN THE 1ST PLACE THEY SHOULD HAVE A WAY TO BLOCK THIS BULLCRAP CALLS.

They have been calling me every other day at around 4:30 AM - It reads "e-smile" in the call ID when it rings - I never picked up -

They have been calling my business for at least a week now, mostly like 2-3 am or 9-10 pm so no one is here anyways but they make at least one call during the day around ruffly 10-11 am everyday. the weird thing  is it always comes up as unknown n my caller ID but the second time they called today it came up as "E Smile" not sure if this is any help to stopping it.

calls at 3:30 am , when I try to call back at 3am, it says the cell number is not in service....when I call after 7am, it says to press 1 for the do not call list.

They call me everynight and day. In the middle of the night as well.

The company gave a number to press so that they would put on on their Do Not Call List. Well as I'm here typing they just called 9:21AM and procedded to call my husbands cell phone.
My family were woken up and startled by such a late call.
This has happened before and it is time for this company to STOP calling .

Has called almost every night for past few weeks, often more than once/night (seems to be increasing), usually in the middle of the night.  Rings once or twice, if I pick up nobody's there.  I called the number back and it says to get on their don't call list, press 1.  This won't work for me, since my line shows as a restricted number, and I don't have long-distance service on it (do all my long-distance by cell).

Have gotten numerous (7+) calls from this number from as last as 11:54 PM at night to as early as 3:12 AM.  Have blocked, somehow still seem to come through.  They need to be reported to the FCC and suffer consequences!  FED-UP!!!!!!!

They've called 2x in the middle of the night. Phone only rings 2x. Very annoying.

For the past two nights, we have received phone calls between 2 and 4 a.m. It's very disturbing, especially because I have an elderly mother and have to go work in the morning.

I received two calls from that number.  One at 4am and another right now 12:30am.  I called back the number and said to dial 1, to be removed from the telemarking list.   It may take 72 hrs.  I don't know where it originated from, but hopefully it will stop.  I am not sure what type of call it is, but it did imply it was a list for telemarketers.

Same thing for me.  We've received calls for the last three nights on our home phone--3:30 a.m., 2:40 a.m., and 1:30 a.m.  Each time, it only rings once or twice and says the caller info is unavailable.  Our phone company provides an on-line phone log for any calls we receive, though, and it did show a number and name--Esmile--310-599-5754.  Then tonight at 10:45 p.m., they called my cell phone, a number we don't usually give out.  When my husband called the number back, it gave an option for "opting out of special offers."  No mention of what those offers were.  I fail to understand what these people are trying to accomplish, since it never rings long enough to pick it up, not to mention that they call in the middle of the night.
