Can anyone figure out who is calling my cell phone when I'm on the Do Not Call Registry without having to pay for it!? This is BS! I've ignored a few calls from this number already but now I'm getting super pissed!

Got a call and it was automated.  Said my credit was ok but I could lower my rate.
Press 1 now.  So I did.  I asked what company this was and the woman said "you have a Visa?". I said no and she hung up on me.

I received a call from this number. When I answered a recording of a woman's voice began to play saying it was my "Credit Card" company. (Notice the generic term). They wanted to lower my interest rate on my "card" to 6.9%. If I wanted to do this press 1. While I did not press one.... I would guess it would ask for my credit card number so they could generously lower my rate. First clue is my my credit card company would never lower the rate second they would proudly announce which company they were if they were to make such an offer......

(310) 599-9208 called me as well I pushed 1 and couldn't understand the guy. Asked where he was calling from n he said "visa" lol I was like what company and he said chase. Cap one. Credit one. Bank of America act.. I was like really... lol I'm not giving u info BC I didn't call u. Scam!

Caller ID says Customer Svc, of course left no message.

yep calling cell phone. add nq call blocker to your apps and you wont see them anymore - once you have added the number to the blacklist.

The above number called and it was to do with  my credit card. They wanted me to press one to lower my rate. I don't do anything like this over the phone. It is a scam. On my caller I.D. it said CUSTOMER SVC AND THEN THE NUMBER...I AM SO TIRED OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE CALLING AND THIS IS MY HOME PHONE...IT JUST NEEDS TO BE STOPPED. I AM ALSO ON THE NO CALL LIST....SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US.........310-599-9208.

I just a similar call from this number regarding some interest rate.

It is not Obama. It's cardholder services and I have gotten calls from them for at least three years. A total scam.

I live on the east coast and got a call at 9 am. Which means it was 6 or 5 there didn't answer

Got a call on my cell phone even though I'm on the Do Not Call list.  It was a recorded message offering to lower the interest rate on ny credit card.  I pushed 1 and asked the name of the company, it was just "Credit Card Services.". I hung up, but googled the number - if you keep going they ask for your credit card number, expiration date, & security code for "verification.". No legitimate offer will come through a generic company, and no bank will EVER ask you for that information!  Do not talk to these people, its a scam!

If it's a Political Message, they are exempt from the Do Not Call List.

Just got a call from this number, which I didn't answer. And see that it appears to be some sort of telemarketer, judging by the fact that so many others are filing the same complaint.

I just received a robo call from this number as well. I am also on the Do Not Call Registery, so I reported the call to them. I suggest others do the same. I do not know if it would result in any action, but it is an attempt at least.

These types numbers need to be banned.

Automated message from Cardholder Services "regarding my current credit card account". This is a reported scam, do not give them your information!

I got a call from this number 10-23-12 at 4:13 pm. I answered and it was a person telling me that my credit was good for now but my identity may have been stolen! My boyfriend said his brother got a phone call like that and it was true so I don't know what to do... My phone says the call is from Paramount, CA. But when I picked up the woman didn't say a company name or anything. And the number hasn't called back since.

I got called yesterday from this number, from Paramount, CA...didn't pick up, no message left.

Received a call from this number on 10/23/12 at 11:41AM.  Did not answer it. Caller ID shows only that it is a Calif call.  Whoever called did not have the courage to put their name on the caller ID.  I am on the Do not Call list.

Got a robocall and added the number to my reject list on my cell. As soon as I got home, I opened my Ooma dashboard and added it there as well. Now, no more calls from this number ever.
If they do manage to call again, i can cuss them out in 6 different languages.

Obama robo call asking for money. Call came from California to my cell. Obama is not getting any of my money by choice. He's already stealing it. Just hung up.

Received on my cell phone a call from this number @ 9:56AM today (10/23/12)--there was an automatic hang-up when I picked up the receiver.

Thank for the heads up. Got the call on my cell, so they are harassing people on their cells now.
