Worldwide Media Group! I think that is Google telemarketing....

These people call me all the time.  They say they "represent real estate agents on Google".  Today they thought I was an active Realtor about 800 miles from where I am.  Their number is now saved as "Idiot Sales People" on my phone.

As soon as I typed in a message - within 30 seconds another lady in my office got a call - she answered the phone and said it was a company selling marketing space at a grocery store.

Well considering I see at least 4 other people with a name associated with real estate - seems to me that's the connection with this scam.  Interestingly in the past 48 hours I've recieved 3 unsoliciated calls from 3 different companies.  I just wonder is there isn't a leak or if some new list is being sold.

I've just began recieving this call too and reported them since I've also registered on the two Do Not Call exemption services. There predatory calls need to stop.

Very pushy sales guy called me from this number.  He promised to get my web site on the top of the google page for $50 per month.  He did not want to let me off the phone to do any research on his company.  That was my first warning sign that this was a scam.  I asked for the name of one of his client's, and after he gave it to me I called her.  The sales guy was not too happy, but I wanted a real testimonial.  He asked me what credit card I was using to sign up for this, and I did not even tell him I would do it!!!  Very pushy, and rude!    I am on the do not call list.  I guess people don't pay attention to that.

This number has come up on my cell phone.  I am on the do not call list.

I have gotten calls from them before.  I just filed a complaint with the do not call registry.  Getting really sick of this.  They will get my name on the first page of Google...for real estate...yeah right

My boy got terribly sick at the beach today. I helped him to the car, and he tried to sleep on the long ride home. All he and I wanted was for this kid to be able to sleep for the hour and wake up at home. This JERK rang my cell and woke my kid up. The rest of the drive home was torture for this kid. Thanks Telemarketscum!

I a call from this number to help me on getting me on my real estate and add me in the front page of Google. I suspected something wrong when the guy at the other end was very pushy and everything he said sound to good to be true.

Got a call from this number ((310)-601-4241) this morning... four hours after I finally got to sleep.

There was no message, but evidently it's a Google marketing call.

I too have been on the No Call List since it's inception, and I too am also a Realtor, just as I notice at least a few of us are.

This is clear violation, and yet more evidence that Google will just do whatever the hell they want whenever they want regardless of the law.

These people drive me crazy!  I just filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry though I doubt that will do any good.  One thought - I know we're all busy but the next time they call I'm going to keep them on the phone as long as possible - ask them as many questions as I can think of, tie up their time (telemarketers have a daily call quota), and then tell them (again) NO.  Play along with them, lead them on thinking they'll get a sale, maybe they'll finally get the message.

Called and did not leave a message.  I have a registered "Do not call number" and have not sold real estate in over 3 years.

I have recieved several unwanted calls from them & so I have filed a complaint at www.donotcall.gov
Maybe if we all do this they will be shut down.

Called at 5 pm on my do not call cell...Here's the deal...I don't care if I put my number on my website, that number is for customers to call, it even states it there on my website, "I do not make nor accept unsolicited phone calls". Even if a person calls a company, asks a question about a product or service, if they do not SIGN an agreement to say it's okay to call them and they are on the do not call list, it is NOT okay to call them. If they call a Realtor to ask about a house price etc, and they tell the Realtor is NOT okay to call them back, the Realtor cannot call them back.......period. So why then, if a number is posted on a website for the public to call and inquire about a property, does Google think they should be immune from the federal laws and call that do not call listed number and try to SELL something to the person who answers that phone???

I too receive calls from World Wide Media Group telemarketers for "front page of Google" real estate ads.

I became angry after several calls from them and being on the nationally registered do not call list.  They replied that they got my number off of my website as though they had the right to call me with telemarketing because my number is published on the web.  I told them "DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN." The calls stopped for a few months and have just returned.  

I went to www.donotcall.gov and placed a complaint after the receiving the last call.  
You should do the same if you want this to stop.

my phone numbers are registered on the national do not call list.  it is illegal for you to call me.  i am reporting you so that you can be fined $11,000.00 every time you call.  JERK

Received a call from this number, also have been registered with donotcall registry for years now. Some rude younger guy snapped at me when I asked what he was calling about. I think he found our numbers through the social sites such as facebook or google.

second call from this number but I have not answered.  My cell number is on a do not call registry.

I just filed a complaint with the do not call registry after the FOURTH call from this number.  Every single time i tell them to STOP CALLING.  If you have a phone number registered with the do not call list, I encourage you to make a complaint.  Go to donotcall.gov an click on file a complaint.
