They called my number saying that they are trying to get in touch with a friend of mine and that she used my name and if I did not call them back tonight it would be really bad. Then he left a message that said well if you do not call back then all I can say is..........Good luck!

have had the same exact thing but there names was robert wood and ray carter this has happened to me as well first time was with mr woods and i paid 50 bucks never got a recet then this cater man calles after words saying the same thing. didnt go through with it ... never even got an legal stuff at all on this before hand either

BBB Alerts About Phony Debt Collectors

Better Business Bureau has issued a national alert about phony debt collectors that are calling consumers nationwide and claiming that they have defaulted on a payday loan and will be arrested if they don?t pay immediately.
Claiming to be lawyers, the scammers say they are with the ?Financial Accountability Association? or the ?Federal Legislation of Unsecured Loans? and often have the victim?s Social Security, old bank account numbers or driver?s license numbers as well as home addresses, employer information and even the names of personal friends and professional references.
Phone numbers that the scammers are calling from include: 949-468-5107, 415-200-0274, 213-784-5745, 408-715-1614 and many others.

Caller name of Mike Anderson with an Indian accent......left a message with my roommate that I needed to call ASAP. Stating that my Mother had used my information.......NOT! He also attempted to get some information from my roommate.....again.......NOT! I agree with AJ A**HOLE!!!!!!!!!!
Not listing as a Collection Agency .... listing as Unknown since they are just scammer........
