Because I don't answer number I don't know but they are sure annoying they don't stop calling you

I have been receiving these call repeatedly and the caller ID say SPAM when they call... Uh first sign not too answer. Ive never had Time Warner so it is not possible I owe them any money.

i just had them call me...no voicemail. But I have answered it before and apparently i owe time warner cable over 200 dollars for a month of service I never had with them! But now I have a bill from time warner (that I got in the mail) saying I owe them money! I know times are hard, but I'm not paying for services I never had!

They keep calling several times a day. Says they are Time Warner and mentions a specific name. I have never been a Time Warner customer and do not know who this person is.
When I answered once, the robot says if you are not "adffd wefwe" then press a key and when I do, they transfer me to a rep. I just hang up.
Sick of these a**les disturbing me for no reason!

Got this call from Time Warner, the message on my voice mail said to call about "changes to my account." There are no changes to my account but it made me realize I'd forgotten a payment. So I went and made a payment about five minutes later, yet I got another call from this number less than a half hour after the first. It would help if their message didn't sound like a telemarketing scam and if they didn't call as frequently as they are...its annoying. Unfortunately, they are our only option for internet in my area and I'm stuck with them.

Thanks for the info! Makes sense. Yeah I listened to the voicemail & it took about 40 seconds to say they were Time Warner Cable with "changes to my account". I dutifully clicked "call back" on my iphone but then got THEIR voice mail apparently. Time Warner Cable "legitimate" calls are usually 888 #'s, I think, and would probably pop up on my caller ID as Time Warner. Or they email me. Or both.
