call today 6/19/2014  5:29 pst pm . cid says bonneau phillip. Have received mutiple calls even though it is call blocked!

So, your suggestion is that everyone pay $60. for a device to stop these calls THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE REGULATED BY CONGRESS??????????????

No, I don't agree.

CONGRESS needs to DO SOMETHING and one of those THINGS is to stop unwanted calls from disrupting people's lives.  They've done it before with 1-800-DO-NOTCALL now they need to come in to the 21st Century and stop THESE calls.

I get several of these a day. The phone identifies the caller with this phone number and always a French name or the speaker has a French accent. They have come to my door repeatedly - they wear green shirts and say they're with "Green Energy, but really we're with Edison". I've been told Edison on the phone as well.  I've repeatedly asked them to remove me from their call list. The last caller, Bonneau, was a woman who refused to take me off their call list, refused to transfer me to a supervisor and insisted these were not harassing phone calls. She just argued with me. Have now blocked this number. Arguing with the call recipient is just too much.

I answered the phone and they asked for Mr/Mrs My Last Name.  When I responded "How may I help you?"  They hung up.  Crazy.

Rings, waits for answering machine, then hangs up. Annoying. This is not the only number that I am getting calls from lately. I am averaging about 3 different ones per day. they are listed like this:

I have been getting calls from them for some time now.  I have learned if I answer the call on speaker, they do not say a word, and hang up.  I might sue them and the rest of the jerks that call me.  My phone blocks 30 calls, and fills up quickly.

Don't know how they got my number but they keep calling none stop

Use nomorobo.com and register your phone today.  This nomorobo service (ALL FREE) turns out to be my ULTIMATE solution to spam and prank calls after I'm frustrated with the "donotcall" registry.  It just worked another time today to block this stupid 310 643 5101.

I get annoying daily calls from this number and I am so done with it. I have now filed a harassment charge against this number.
But there still needs to be an action against calling!!!!!!

Nothing but junk. Call the number back, and it just rings busy, so obviously this is a phony number showing up in the CID.

Called to share their services for orally satisfying a camel.  Said everyone in their organization, and even the White House, performs these acts regularly.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so. And don't stop with just the BBB..  Report them to someone who has more bite then the BBB does.

Port your number to Google voice folks. All these calls get blocked and go to your spam calls folder. There's the solution.  Hint: Port your land line to a pay as you go phone first, then move it to Google voice.  End of problem.

I have had a bunch of calls from the same number 310-643-5101. With the name Phillip Bonneau.  It is fake. They use a spoofing device to put a fake name and number on your caller id. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau.  The company is A1 Solar Power inc in California.
We will see what happens. Probably nothing. But I reported high pressure sales and dishonest sales practices.

Can you tell me how you got the information below?  I've had 4 calls from CALLER ID: "Bonneau P -- 310 643-5101".  As far as I can tell, they owe me at least $1,500 per call because I've asked them repeatedly to put me on their "Do Not Call" list.  I was wanting to make a little extra cash this summer, suing the rascals.  I could use your help!

I filed a complaint online about this company and also let them know that A1 Solar is using them for leads with these SPAM tactics.

solar panels sales people.  Rude, Rude, RUDE.  When I tell them that they call me 3 to 4 times a week and ask to be taken off of the call list they hang up in my face.  When I try to call back the call doesn't ring or anything.  VERY frustrating to have the quiet of my home invaded this way repeatedly.  I would report them if i knew it would do any good.

I use youmail.com and block them for free. My business uses them and i pay for the service gladly. At home I just register for their free service and thank them every day. free and no limit to the blocking. my house is soooo much quieter. I get a google number and give it out to my doctor and such so that I get their calls screened but can always know that it's them. Youmail catches the scum that ignore my DNC listed home number.

My caller ID states "Bonneau, Phillip" and the number 310-643-5101. They call about 2-3 times a day. It is very annoying when they call while you're trying to have dinner with your family. The minute I ask them to stop calling they just hang up. When I call back I get the "this call cannot be completed as dialed" or the busy fax line tone and also the "no service" answer. But today, June 6th, 2014, I got a call from them, and when I said I am not interested please stop calling the guy said "are you ready to pay double your electric bill?" I said yes, and it isn't any of your concern, and then he replied with "you're going to be sorry!" Who says that?!? I finally reported them to the FCC. I know it should take a few days for them to stop calling but hopefully they will stop calling.
I think everyone here should just report them to the FCC and while filing out your report state as much information as possible. Keep doing it until they stop!!!

Received call at 10:11am.  No message left.  Number blocked.

This caller has used many area codes & numbers with or without a v code with 14 or 15 digits as ID to call people in last 2 or 3 years. Today, it used 310-643-5101 ( Many people reported this unwanted number to www.800notes.com since 04/23/2014.), V 605125814000250 to call us @ 12:58 noon while  I was in backyard.
When I returned the call, this number is not in service.

These people call me every day.  I never answer, I never will.  And yet they persist.  Aggravating morons.
