I am fed up with these calls.!!!! I dont answer the phone from unknown callers. this needs to stop.I am on do not call list but that doesnt stop them

Call them back over and over and over......tie up their computers.......they don't call back.

They just keep calling.  I received one of their calls today.  They hung up when I pressed 1.  This after telling them when they called EARLY in the morning a few days ago not to call anymore.  This is getting to be a real drag.  Is there no legal recourse to discourage this activity?

Came in and caller id showed Los Angeles CA and that was it, I missed the call but checked voicemail..they did NOT leave a message.

I am on the 'Do Not Call' and I keep gtting calls from this number.  Having Caller ID I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.  They never leave a message.  as soon as my answering machine picks up they hang up.l

Do you have any reason to believe that someone would spoof your number, Jen?  Is it possible you have a stalker or is it not even in question.  It's just, I have received spoof calls from a number only a few digits off from my own, and then it's disconnected.  Also, some calls don't register on my phone logs with vonage.  Even the operator said he could not explain it and it seemed like I was being targeted.  Just wonder if it happens to you all the time.

How often do you get them.  I'm in Rogers AR.  I have been getting them now for months.  Sometimes three a day.  You too?

Jen... Don't waste your time for so many reasons. They are using spoofed phone numbers.

It's one of those stupid "lower your interest rate" telemarketer.  I get them on the phone, then ask them all kinds of questions, getting them to stay on the line, wasting their time (unfortunately mine, too, but hey), and then when they ask for my name I say it's Daisy, they ask last name, and I spell it - D - U - C - K.  I've actually had a couple that went on to ask for my address...

Since the "do not call" registry seems to be ineffective, try to get a live body on the line, then waste their time by putting them on hold...  indefinitely.

I must be on every crook's list out there.  As of yesterday, someone from the above number called.  I am forever grateful that these people care enough about me and my finances that they have graciously added my name to their call list.  Thanks so much, guys.  By the way, your scammy sales pitch is about as subtle as a massive heart attack.

I get the same  recorded message about lowering my interest rates about every week in my voice mail. Even though I have never had credit.They never say who the call is for. When I listen to the message my voice mail always lists a different Number but unknown caller. I don't anwer a call listed as caller unknown and let my voice mail pick it up.. When I call back I always get a message that the numbers has been disconnected. I am on the do not call list and file a complaint everytime I get the call and so far no luck as they just call back using another unknown number.

I received call today...profanity and then hung up on when I asked to be removed from their list.  I reported to FCC on line today.  Easy process...report them

Don't forget you need to test your smoke alarm, preferably right into the phone, when you have a telemarketer on the line.

I suggest pressing the number that says you are interested in their spiel, and then either screaming really ear-breakingly loud into the phone or blowing a whistle really loud each and every time you get a phone call you are not expecting from an area code you don't recognize.   I used to think......"Well, these poor schmucks are only trying to earn a living," but they have computers to get around our DO NOT CALL lists, and we have no other recourse.  Do it.   I have finally come to believe, with all their nasty games, that Turn-about is Fair Play.

All they want is your credit card number. I listened to there pitch and in the end they tell me my name, address and phone number, then they ask for the credit card number so that they could lower my interest rate. I used to be a fraud investigator and I am sure all they would do is charge things to your credit card.

Received a call from 310-645-3112. They didn't leave a message and when I tried calling back it was a number not in use...

Have no clue who this is, but have no legitimate reason to call this number.  As usual, I am reporting them.  So sick of all these calls.  I keep a record, and report every one of them, which is what everyone should do.  They get enough complaints maybe something will be done.

Just filed a complaint with the national do not call registry.  I hope they get these clowns off the line.

I have had 3 calls from this number in the past 2 days.  Both times is an automated message about lowering interest rates on my credit cards.  I don't have a credit card.  Tried calling back twice and got the "this number has been disconnected" message.  Just another scam.  I am also on the national "do not call" list.  So much for the success of that program.

I didn't answer, they left no message on my voice mail, I called the number they said it was a non working numuber.

Got a call showed up on the ID, when answered automated came up to give me a spiel about lowering my interest, just hollered F*** YOU!!  Probably will still get calls from same, have rec calls from GA and FL saying the same thing, guess the do not call list doesn't always work, and the AG can't do anything because like has been said, the number the AG calls doesn't exist supposedly!

The phone company told me that when they call I should blow a loud whistle in the mouth piece!  I don't have a whistle, so I usually scream REALLY REALLY loud.  Helps lower my blood pressure.  It comes up normally as unavailable, today was the first time I got a number.  I have TRIED asking them to remove me from their calling list, I have tried being nice to them.  One time they told me to get my "f.... cards and just do as your told"  I tried to report them but without a phone number, it was of no use.  That was when I took to screaming in the phone, you know, like a horror flick scream! :o)

I have received several calls from this number, they are offering to call interest rates etc.  I have gone no further than this, have then hung up on the call.

I reported them to the FCC
