i received several calls from this number~I just had my car serviced, and I was told i might get a survey call, but they call me during my working hours and cannot answer, so that makes them call several times. To bad for them because I never get called when i am at home or on a break.

Wait ... you want to make somebody stop calling you so you post your phone number on a PUBLIC WEB SITE that has nothing to do with the people who called you????

I keep getting calls from this number. It rings once then it hangs up. I don't even get a chance to answer the call. I have tried calling back and I get an operator telling me the mailbox I have reached isn't accepting message and to press zero for assistance. I press zero and get the same recording all over again. It's very frustrating and I want the calls to stop. I also just purchased a Hyundai so that may be what it is.

Is a call center ---we recently had repairs done on our Hyundai and they are calling to see if we were satisfied w/ service---annoying!

Got a Hyundai 3 days ago.  It started today.  No message.

Hyundai's customer survey, their salesmen get bonuses based on how you rate them on this survey....so if you liked your salesman rate them high I guess?

Myself and my husband are getting repeated calls from this unknown number on our cell lines.

Hyundai Motor America - their actual website http://www.hyundaiusa.com/, and contact phone number (800) 633-5151.  Please call them and have them tak eyou off of their list.  They say there is no way to do this but that is illegal so there is a way.  Ask to speak to a Supervisor.

There is a separate survey that comes via email.

Got a call from them today . It is Hyundai Sales and service they bother to take the time to call customers of Hyundai wo use there sales or service please answer there questions so we get better cars. I just purchased a Hyundai Veloster an love it but want to speak to someone from there sales HQ about the sales staff that does not send out paperwork

Maybe 1 day GM and Chrysler will get smart an ask there customers what they think.....

Well I am confused. I don't own a hyundainor do I take my car for service at a Hyundai dealership.

This is Hyundai, they called about 30 times right after I purchased, and every time I have service done.
Transmission issues at 6,600 miles, yikes.

Must stop these annoying calls

This has been going on for over 4 months...
From what I can tell I download an appes on my cell phone and that when I started getting this call every day just when I see the phone pops up they hang up...
As technology is today someone would think that a cell phone maker would have a beautiful approach to let me kill that phone number.

That must be what it is...a Hyundai Customer Satisfaction Survey.  My wife and I bought her a new Santa Fe on Wednesday, March 7.  But the salesman said we would be getting the Survey in the mail. ????  Go figure.

I'm glad this post it out for me to know who was calling. I purchased a Hyundai, so now I know who's calling. The salesman told me, "please give me all 10's because that's how I get all my bonuses," so if you guys bought a car, I'd say it's fair that you respond... particularly if your sales person was good :-)

If you are asking a question, you must use a question mark.  That is, if you are asking someone why they do not learn proper English and grammar, your sentence should be as follows:  "Why don't you learn proper English and grammar?"  Further, use of multiple punctuation is certainly improper usage of the punctuation mark.  I only submit this as helpful hints, as you seem to be quite concerned with the corrrect use of the language.

Received a call with no message.  Saw another comment that said number was Hyundai.  OK, got it.  I just purchased a Hyundai.

No, they don't have bonus' it's for the dealership rating. Why do all of you think dealerships are such bad places?? Everyone has to make some money somehow. Seriously,

If you do any service work with a dealership, they will call you for a usrvey. Seriously people, it's not that hard. Just give them all tens on the survey and they will stop bugging you.

They want you to do their survey. Just pick up and give them all tens and they won't bug you anymore.
