Found out that this is a kawasaki survey number.  They want your feed back on your new purchase.

Just got a call from this number, did not answer.  We do not answer calls that we do not recognize, especially out of state.  We too just bought a Kawasaki Mule.  Salesman did not tell us that we would  be receiving calls from Kawasaki.

There was a call on my cell phone from this number and when I called back it was an automated answering service welcoming me to the Kawasaki family. I just bought a new Concours and they want my feedback and experience at the dealership, nothing wrong with that in fact I welcome it. They are supposed to call back, maybe that would be good time to tell them I am 5'10" tall please lower the seat height since I will not ride this motorcycle until I get my lowering kit but it is nice to look at in the garage.

They call me and I dont own a Kawasaki.

It is Kawasaki placing a courtesy call regarding a recall.

Now that I know it's Kawasaki I'll answer. Just had my 08 Concours in for recall service, they are calling to make sure everything was covered.
Glad Kawasaki checks behind their dealerships! Everyone is not as Lucky to have a great dealer like Deep South in Thomasville, Ga.

Kawaski motors calls everyday. I never pick up as I have never done business with kawaski motors nor have I ever owned a motocycle or any other kawaski product. their wasting both their time and mine.

Just got a call from them.  I couldn't get to it because I'm at work...  But, I did just buy a new Kawasaki Ultra 300x Jet Ski.  If it is the factory calling with a follow-up, I actually appreciate it.  I'd probably be more upset if they didn't call - thinking that my business wasn't important to them!

just got a 2012 kawasaki ninja 650, after reading this number was from kawasakii picked the phone up after the 30th call from them.... I got them to lower my interest rate to 3.9 from 7.9. ... it stays in effect untill my original loan is paid, wich is suposed to be 5 years but now with the low interest i say i can pay it in2 maybe 3.... sweat deal.!

Same here, purchased a 2009 Zx6r from long beach motorsports and had to have service recall part replaced last weekend, now they are calling me two or three times a day.

just bought 2012 zx10,they are just checking on the service or sales you had buying your bike.i don't have  any problem with it.they are just doing there job.my buying experence was great.love my 10

I, too, have been getting calls from this number.  I'm on a pay as you go phone plan and can't afford for them to be blowing up my phone like this!  I bought my husband a KLR650.  Not good.

Strange....  I own a 2008 Kawasaki ZX10R and have never had one spam phone call.  However, I had my motorcycle serviced for a recall this past Monday and ever since then I've been getting numerous calls from this phone number 310-692-4930.  I never pick up and they don't leave me a message.  They call me a minimum of two times a day, between 3:00pm and 8:00pm EST.  I would agree that it must be a company linked to Kawasaki or motorcycle/atv dealerships.

I just bought a ninja and keep receiving calls from this number. I see from the other posts that it is Kawasaki.

The dealer told me that they would call. They are calling to see if the dealer provided you with a satisfactory shopping experience. They're trying to make sure the dealer provided with you with all the information you needed, and whether or not they took the time to make sure you understood what you were buying and how it works.

Just bought me a KLX and was promised by the dealership (Woods Cycle Country, Texas) that I would not be harassed by dealership or Kawasaki calls.  Yet last night at 8PM in the middle of a great movie I "get the call".  So fed up with dealerships saying whatever they think you want to hear to make a sale.  NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER!

They call everyday I never answer, they never leave a message and yes I did buy a Kawisaki recently.

Started getting calls from this number this week.   I don't pick up calls from unknown callers and they did not leave a message.  I have not purchased anything from Kawasaki.

yup they are calling me alot just bought a kawaski ninja a couple weeks ago, when i answer the phone they just hang up. when i call these a-holes back its always busy,,,friggin bs

Just got two phone calls from this number today to 2/24/2011. I just bought a 2010 Voyager and picked it up Wednesday in SC. The first call left a message and then called back a few minutes later. The message was I think a girl named Rebecca  from Preformance Kawasaki. She said Thank You for dealing with Kawasaki and she would call back at a more convienent time. I guess it's a follow up on my experience with the dealer. North American Kaswaski head quarters are in California as well as Suzuki.

I too recieved back to back calls from this number. I agree that it must be Kawasaki because I just bought a 2011 ninja a week ago. Don't know why they called though, especially since I bought it in NC!!

Keep getting calls daily from this number but when I answer I can hear them in the back ground and they hangup... I call back and they don't answer it goes to a voice mail that's full!! Had I known Kawasaki was going to harass me I would of never bought a 4 wheeler from them!! What a great concept sell someone a 4 wheeler then harass the hell out of them!! (310) 692-4930
