This number has called several times and all I get is dead air..  It's coming on my new cell number, and I have never given it out to anyone..  I also don't owe any money,  Obviously a scam, and I'm pretty sick of these cockroaches !!! I've come to the conclusion that telemarketers should be taken into the public square, tarred and feathered while recording it to spread over the internet !!!  Might not be a bad idea to surgically sterilize them to avoid another generation of these leeches !!!!

Got a call from a company from civil division department wanting to serve papers told them not to call me again it was harrassment I am not paying them no money for a scam.

I got the same call today on Monday.  They said that someone tried to serve me papers yesterday.  On a Sunday get real I was home all day.  I have been getting the same calls for months and no papers.  It's for a payday loan that I never received.  I had my wallet stolen and have a police report to prove it. They just laugh me and tell me I have to pay pay it.

I received a call this morning from a guy representing the "civil services division" stating that there would be someone out tomorrow to serve legal papers. I asked who the papers were for and he gave me the name of a person who has never lived here and has never had permission to use my telephone number. I told him that she didn't live here and has never lived here, so he asked if I have any contact with her and I told him no and asked that my number be removed from their calling list. This isn't the first time it has happened and I'm sick of it.

Received several messages from this phone number. Just now, (11/20/2013 at 10:20am-EST) a woman named "Amber" called from the "civil procedures division". She started telling me that an officer had been out to the house to "serve" me papers. I started asking what company she was representing. She continued with her script. I continued to ask what the name of her company was and then asked for a supervisor. She said she was the supervisor so I said then she must know who she's working for. I kept talking while she kept reading her script. She said she couldn't hear me for all the "blabbing" I was doing. My response was F....U and I hung up.

Yes, these people called for the 100th time asking for a Joan Slay which is not at this number and I finally went crazy on them verbally. I honestly can't remember what I said but it was really bad...... I'm very sick of this number calling my mothers phone line. It must stop ! They even called me back after I went off on them and they started laughing and yelling over the phone. I told them off again, said I hope the call was being recorded and said I was calling the police. I then called back and got no answer..... I  can't tell you what I would like to do to the woman on the other line !

They have called my mom from 3106935740 in CA, gave her a case # i wrote down the info called 8772141813 15 mins later  and was transferred to LIT DEPARTMENT got TONI FOSTER THEN I put on hold for over five mins....I hung up the phone.

I got home and looked at the caller ID same # appeared. Then I did a google search on the numbers and found out that this is a scam. My cell rang and it was them again some guy namedd RON JOHNSON from the same 310 and 877 # and the same case # wanting to serve papers and that I need to call back ASAP.

How about NO. I looked at my call history and they have been blowing my phone up in the pass week. If it is so important why dont they leave a message? And if they have my info why keep call my mom and sister looking for me? I just told them to ignore them or get more information.

I just got the same call from a female and she wouldnt tell me what the heck she wanted! i kindly asked what it was regaurding and she said:
"is your mom or dad avaliable?"

Same here, just called 10 mins ago. These people need to put in jail for threats and harassment. Get a real job from a real company so you don't have to hide behind your fake phone numbers.

Wow. 3  years of threats and ignoring them yet they still haven't given up. They continue to call from multiple numbers and threaten court summons and arrest warrants. This is for a supposed pay day loan that I have never taken. Come on I wish they would take me to court so I know who to sue for harassment since I have never gotten them to identity who they are.

Received a call telling me someone was going to serve me legal documents and wanted to know if I would be around to sign for them. When I said no they gave me a different number to call to schedule a time I would be home. So I called the number. It was answered by a recording telling me to press 1 I just won a free Walmart gift card. So just to find out what was going on I pressed 1. A lady answered and told me what I had won. I told her about the call I relieved and asked her if I had the right number. She said I had the right number but everyone that called today was winning something due to the inconvenience o the number not being available. She asked my for the year I was born and my address, but I told her I wasn't giving her that info and if I wasn't connected to who I needed to talk to I was hanging up. She said ok and let me go. There are too many scams around. It's unfortunate that we can't trust anyone anymore:(
