have been calling the business i work for a number of times, wanting to speak to the owner.  i didn't get the company name, but i spoke with sofia, extension 830, said it was about our comany's website on google, msn, other search engines.  told sofia the owner would not be interested in what they have to offer but they keep calling back.  annoying!!!

Called to sell SEO services.  Obviously reading a script and calling during the worst possible times.
Told me that my site is not ranking well on Google for any of my keywords.
I told her that was funny since we spend an enormous amount of money on SEO and are ranked #1 for every single keyword we need.

She still kept going on with her script about how my website has errors...

This is Fruit Engine's number. The list of key words they produced for my website was totally inappropriate and revealed a poor level of education. I conplained but my concerns were not taken seriously, so they have lost my business, which is too bad because I was actually happy to have an SEO company call me.

Same thing for me..I just listed on HotFrog., i have to go back and get rid of it... 2 calls so far, what a big mistake listing with hotfrog!!!!

They called 5 at least 3 times a day, it was a Indian accent lady saying her name was Sophia, based in California and they wanted to help us with our website....

You have your work cut out for you! Mine is the same story. Just finished adding my information to HotFrog and my phone has been ringing ever since with Spam callers and SEO calls. it is disgustting.
I have requested my information be removed from HotFrog immediatly. I guess nothing had been done to correct this since your posting in December 2010...best of luck!

Trust me if you see this number on your caller ID.Its a guy who just grad a ESL class wants to sell you something you will never need. Computer ads.

called my cell phone.. asked her why she was calling she had a child crying in the background but kept on demanding to talk to the business owner.. what business this is a cell phone.. she kept right on reading the script of pay per click. i asked for her supervisor and she said she does not have one or would tel me the company she is calling from....  big time scammers

They have called my cell. sounded like from the Moon, with some child crying and somebody shouting behind the phone.

Called my small business and I could hardly hear them...sounded like it was a child calling from a cel phone.  As soon as they asked for the business owner I hung up.  I really cannot waste my time with unsolicited telemarketing.

We are a small process serving company in the state of Missouri. They have called 5 times today and I lost count the last few days. I am the owner of the company and I stated that and also stated I was not interested in SEO services for my site nor was I interested in paying per click to advertise on their unknown search engine. The representative continued with the script (I am sure he has a script for every form of rejection you can think of). I asked for him to please stop a moment and he continued over and over with a different script. I lost my cool a little then asked, as I have every time they call, to take me off of thier list and to discontinue any phone calls.
And then they continue....
I use the phone to market as well but why would you continue to call a number for a sale if you have already called over 20 times in 3 days and was rejected. Just a wast of somebody's time and money, including mine.

The number shows up, but not the company calling.  They ask for the owner of the company are are obviously reading from a script.  They are a real pain!

It's a search engine placement copmpany; they claim their product/service can put your website at the top of search engine listings.  Big whoop, leave me the hell alone.

The number they call is on the no call list -  they've been told that - yet they continue to call.  Why can't something be done with this telemarketer?

I have received at least three call's from 310-698-0215 all of which there was no answer from the person who called me.

I have callwave - they did not leave a message but the id says: Pioneer Communications, Redondo Beach, CA.
This was on Dec 2, 2010.
On an earlier date the phone number was 626-461-0401 in Arcadia, CA.
I too am a small business owner and I also have a listing w/Hotfrog, Google Places.

Same thing... Listed on HotFrog. Immediate annoyance. What gives?

Jeff, the info about my business on your site is incorrect, probably because I wasn't the one who set it up.  Now I can't make changes to it and when I try to set up an account with the hope that I would be able to at least post a clarification near it the validation code box doesn't work right.  What's going on here?
