Since 10/28/09 I have been receiving unsolicited text messages from different (310) numbers advertising differen events, today from (310) 746-7700, advertising a Charger Girl event tomorrow at the Sandbox Sports Grill in Huntington Beach, CA. Sandbox told me they were unaware of who was sending the messages.  Did anyone else get similar messages today, do you have T-Mobile, and if your number is registered, did you report the incident to Do-Not-Call Registry?

I have been getting these same text messages, and I don't know where they got my number. I got the Sandbox before 7AM today. I have Verizon, and my number is on the Do Not Call Registry. I have been reporting the messages when I get them.

This Is What Thay Sent Me!! "Is your mortgage too expensive? Our program can lower your high payments immediately. May we give you a call?"

received a text message from 310.746.7700: "Dear homeowner, Is your mortgage payment too high?  Our relief program can lower your high payments immediately.  Would you like to learn more about this?"

how do we stop them..if we are on the do not call list >?

When i called them to be removed from their list, i got a message that their inbox was full.

Received a spam SMS from them today at 3:30pm. About home energy audits in Austin.

I got this same text last night and I've been on the Do Not Call List and have been for 2-3 yrs now and this SUCKS....

I got the text message sent at 7:05am and my phone is on the Do Not Call List. I went to DONOTCALL.GOV and filed a complaint. Let's see what gets done about this company!

Texted my cell about my mortgage rate. This costs me money. I'm on the DO-Not-Call list for a reason!

this person texted me about mortgage payment being too high.  My cell is on the "do not call" registry.

I got the same one!
To prevent this, call the following number from your cell phone: 888-382-1222 .
It is the National DO NOT CALL list. It will only take a minute of your time. It blocks your number for five (5) years.   You  must call from the cell phone number you want to have blocked.   You cannot call from a
different phone number.

I got the same text as someone808.  They shouldn't be allowed to solicit via text message that way.

I also got a similar text from them.   Grrr!

They sent a text message asking about my credit problems.
