I failEd to mention that I get a call from this number everyday as well.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one. I used to live in San Antonio and utilized their services there but I cancelled my account 4 months ago when I moved. I ended on good terms with them (I fully paid my bills and returned their equipment) but all of a sudden four months later I started getting phone calls from this number on my cell phone. I'm pretty disappointed in Time Warner if this is truly one of their affiliated companies or if it is them.

This person has been calling me everyday for a week and has not left a message. I want them to stop

I have been getting called from this number every day. Obviously automated, because they don't say anything when I say hello (there is an audible delay, and then I hang up) and they don't leave a message. Someone else here said they are will Time Warner in LA, so I emailed Time Warner through their website, and they said they will put me on their Do Not Call list. (but takes a few days). I get similar marketing calles from DirecTV. They also put me on a Do Not Call list, but said they have 3rd-party partners whom they do not have control over, so I still get those calls. I just ignore them.

Don't keep on calling everyday and keep on changing the numbers. I have stopped the internet long time ago. An annoying company too good at doing the survey of their service.

Same here. I do not think they are from Wime Warner either.

It said Time Warner too... hmm.  I have internet through them. But they called me on Friday and today(Sunday).  I didn't answer, but called back and said the dept is closed. Weird and annoying. And yes, I am current on my bill.

they are calling me everyday and when you call them back they say they are from time warner; I don't think that is true. I don't know who they are
