I had the same issue with a Person name Ms. Ortiz, having my name calling for an exhusband of mine needing him to return her call. Information regarding soc. sec. information. SCAM number to call back was 877-857-9169

You got screwed

DRS first called looking for my brother on my mom's phone then right after she got a message on her answering machine, my phone started ringing with the same number calling me. I let the call go unanswered and recieved a message. As I was listening to the message, the same number called again. This time I answered. Ms. Ortiz had my name and said she has paper work involving my brother's social security number that she does not want to "sign off for" without talking to him because she doesn't think he is aware of it. She did not leave any specific information other than, after asking, the company name is DRS. Also, she spoke very fast... She called from 310-853-6898 and wanted my brother to return her call at  877-857-9167. Beware!!

this number called, left same kind of message, i called back , theyy settled an old credit card  i had from college for 20 percent of what i owed, its already updated on my credit report as a paid in full account. i had to clear it up to buy my first home - its not a scam, its a collection agency lol, the lady was aggresive but i got out of the bill for a lot less than what i shouldve paid ya know

REceived call asking for person sharing my name but with a different social number and wife's name. When I returned call to inquire for the call. Company rep would not give out any information and accused me a lying about my social. Never learned the reason for the call....beware!

got a call for my mother on recorder that said to have her call very important. if she couldnt call then needs her power of attorney call  . SCAM!  Do not call.

I just got a call from this number.  Yeah, she left a similar message as Sarah's message.  They're just trying to scare you.

The woman had a southern accent and said "You may not even be aware of what's going on, but I need a call from you or your Power of Attorney as soon as possible."  She didn't give her name or any information about why she was calling.  I could hear other people on phones in the background.  Sounds like a boiler room scam operation.  If you get a call from this number, my advice is DO NOT CALL BACK.

DRS, is a collection.  Not sure more about that.
