Synovate only calls numbers they are authorized too?  That is completely false.  I have a number that I use only for outgoing fax.  It is an VOIP number that I have hidden from caller ID systems and do not post on fax sheets.  I have NEVER given out this number, yet suddenly Synovate is making daily calls to the number.

Just got a call from some Veterans Charity thing, wanting me to donate X amount of dollars.

I'm supposed to be on a do not call list.  Something sounded phoney about it too.  A little too cloying.

recieved several calls from this number, called them back (hit 0 to get a person) spoke to a lady told he to quit calling me.  today recived another call, every time I ansure they hang up, called back spoke to an Alex Martinez tolk him to take me off of there call list.  I'll see where getting the persons name gets me.

this number is a market research center, no incoming calls however leave a corportate number if you'd like to call

this number has called me at least once per day for almost a week.  They called just now at 5:00pm and 5:03pm... Never a message.  Very annoying.  I wish they would stop.

we received a call from this number a few times as well... -- if you call (866) 320-4607 you can add your number to the "do not call" list... whether or not that works I don't know....hopefully so -- So I thought I'd share it with y'all too just in case.

called and as soon as i started to answer, automatic hang up.  i called the # back and it is a marketing service.  some service..just hang up on a customer?

Received 5 calls in one day from this number.  I finally answered.  A male with very poor language skills (marbles in his mouth or something similar) wanted to do a 3 minute survey on my Toyota which I had serviced a couple of days ago.  I declined.

Called one eve at 10:00 and the woman was very rude.  She mispronounced the company name several times in a row then asked about corporate computers.  I found it very difficult to talk to someone who can't speak ENGLISH!!!  She instisted that I signed up for a program that allowed to contact me...She got verbally abrasive and then hung up when I asked to speak to a manager.

Another automobile dealership customer.. I had my Toyota serviced at the Epping, NH Toyota dealership..  Being my only number, I gave them my cell phone as a contact.. guess that was a mistake.  I have recived calls two days in a row.. the monday and tuesday following my sat service.

I took one call and it was a guy from Ford asking me if I liked my buying experince. I called the dealership and asked why they providfed this information. They said the company was technically a Ford employee... yeah... whatever!!

Received two today. The guy sounded like he was in a car with the top down. I said I like my buying experince until they (FORD)  gave them my number. I'm sure this company sells the information to others. I will get more info next call. I said I didn't think Ford gave out information. I then called the dealership again and spoke to the sells manager. She is the one who asked for the number. I told her I would call her house every time they called me. I so far have kept my promise.

I received two call at 8:22 and 6:18.  both time they just hung up and didn't leave a message.

Very annoying. Market reasearch to see if I was satisfied with my bump shop repair last week.
Called me multiple times a day for a week. When I answered the first five or six, they said nothing or had already hung up. Finally, after a week, someone was still there when I answered.

My guess is they call multiple people at once, and hang up the rest when one asnwers. Nice way to do business.

Just got my ford serviced at a dealer in Omaha. This number called multiple times and nobody answered. Finally someone was there, and I asked why they always call and do not talk to me. He said that he had no idea, and the call must have come from another department...yeah right. He wanted to do a satisfaction survey from the work I had done at the dealer. Needless to say I was not satisfied that I received multiple calls from this number and nobody was ever on the other end.

i got new tires for my Ford Fusion @ the dealership last wk and TA-DA these folks start calling

Recieved call from 310-862-9008 on July 10 2008, 6:11pm, did not leave a message.  I had been to a dealership the day before.

Someone had tried to explain to me that the marketing places call 5 or more numbers at once because its faster than calling one number at a time, so when someone answers the other numbers are dropped, which might explain why no one leaves a message or answers back when you do pick up. The system then proceeds to call the other numbers it had not reached meaning some people will get multiple calls.

I don't know if this IS how it really works, but this is how it was explained to me.

Had service at my Toyota dealership on Friday.  Received calls from this number starting Monday.

Has called me for the last 10 days---answered once, asked about my service from 10 days ago at a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealership---told them the service sucked, they broke my car more, and then they hung up...AND HAVE KEPT CALLING.

I received this call twice tonight on my cell phone - no message left.  I did take my car in for work on Monday, so it looks like it's a follow up call.  

For those of you that are so angry about similar calls, I hope you don't also complain when you get bad service.  If you businesses don't follow up to see how they did they will never know how to provide you better service next time!

Got this call a couple days after I had my dodge in the dealer for service.

Get a call from this number every evening. They never leave a message. I don't know the number and it is not in my area.

Called 2 times on 9/18/2009 7:45pm and 8:43pm. I didn't answer.

this number just called me.  hung up when i answered. unable to call back.
