Jimmy, it is a scam in that they're trying to get you to change your phone service over to ATT. ATT actually DOES own the lines in my area and they re-sell to other carriers. I happen to have Suddenlink cable, internet and phone. They are real slick about asking innocent sounding questions and actually they're getting the info to "slam" you and change your carrier without notice. I just hang up when they start asking me that stuff.

The phone number 310-862-9080, which comes up 1CC ATT Soultions is a line supplied by PAC-WEST TELECOM Inc. their number is 877-262-4325. I just called PAC-WEST and she was able to take us off their calling list!

We get a call every day from 1CC ATT Solutions. There is never anyone on the line and it's getting really old!

Keeps calling and hanging up on us

This number calls about every other day.  No one ever is on the line.  I called back and no one answers.

Received 6 to 8 calls this week from this number, first few times I answered, but no response...I think it's a company that researches (by Computer) if someone answers the phone within a few rings, THEN sells that info to companies that want to do telemarketing......

BTW, I believe the do not call list if for private residences, not businesses.

I am in agreement with the others who have posted their complaints.  Caller ID lists the number (which many other telemarketers shield) which, when called back, gives two options: (1) to be taken off the list and (2) to speak to an agent.  After a lengthy wait, it asks for your phone number but does not identify the company (AT&T or other).  I get almost weekly calls from Qwest, where agents ask, "Who is in charge of the Qwest account?"  I don't use Qwest.

Congress passed a Do Not Call "law" but, until that law has severe enough penalties, it is merely P.R. for Congress and does no good.

If I had a gun or a dollar for everytime these types of companyies called me..I'd either be dead or rich!!

Never anybody on the other line...calls 3-4x/day.  Called them back and they block thier number from me!!!

We called the number back because there wasn't ever anyone on the line. The first option you have is to remove your number from their call list.

This is a business number, and a call comes in about every day from 310-862-9080. The one time I picked it up, there was a recording on the line so I hung up. Nobody answers it now, but it's annoying. Oklahoma has a law against phone calls like this, but this company doesn't care, evidently. My company is also on the "Do Not Call" list.

called and said that their records showed that my phone lines were through a third part vendor running through "their" att lines. The caller asked who my third party carrier was. I asked him why they needed this information. The caller just said for their records. I told him they should be able to find that out with the information they have. Smells like a scam or phish to me.

These people want me to drop Quest and give my Business phone service to them. Like that is going to happen.

It's probably CitiBank (credit card collections).

They are continuing to call this week. I don't know where or to whom to report this to? It is an extreme annoyance. They didn't call all of last week so I thought we were through with this. But it started back up Monday morning. Anyone have any ideas on what to do in this situation? Thanks

This number calls my business 1-3 times daily. Never anyone on the other end of the line. I have tried calling back and it usually just rings. Today it actually gave me a message saying that I was being temporarily blocked from calling this number due to a high number of calls being recieved by ME!! Insane!

I get several calls per day, no one answers and no messages left.  Someone should put a stop to this!

I have received many calls from this number and I always answer because of friends and relatives I have in LA and I think it might be them. But nobody is ever on the line. So I checked online and now I know NOT to answer anymore.

Calls multiple times a day... no-one is ever on the other line and a message is never left on the voicemail.  No clue where they got our number or how to get them to stop calling since there is never anyone on the line.  We ignore the calls now.
