Victor Thomas has called me six times today leaving the same message saying he is from American Consildated Service (legal dept) and there is a case against me. This person called me 6 or so months ago and wouldn't stop, although did eventually told me that I owed money to a company called CashNet........dont' owe them money and Cashnet tells me it is a scam going around.
