I learned the name (If correct) is Suminski Steven

Calls me twice a day seven days a week but never leaves a message. I won't answer, shows up on my caller ID as "Services". Very harrassing. Sick of these many maketing calls daily, about to disconnect my landline and just keep my mobile phone going. ... :(

Oy vey, three more calls on 10-22-12, and one more yesterday, 10-26-12 at 12:19 pm.  Fourth FCC complaint filed today.  I also tried something new... since they claim to be building/remodeling contractors, I am filing a complaint with the California Contractors State Licensing Board (www.cslb.ca.gov).  Part of it requires mailing in the complaint, but it's worth the cost of a stamp to see what happens.

Called again today.  Spouse hung up on them.  Who really owns this number?

Yet another hang-up call today at 3:44 pm, therefore yet another FCC and FTC complaint.

some contracting company....i have told them we are not interested over and over and they still call.  this time i pretended to be interested, put them on speaker phone while i continued doing my work.  I took my time answering all oftheir questions.  The guy finally realized what was happening  called me a b*&** and hung up...i continued my work with a smile!

Oh Ya, Thanks for that.  I will be doing the same thing.  I am so sick of these calls.  They call you like
they know you asking for your name, stating they already schedules work with someone in the house.
They are scammers.  If i was hiring a contractor it would not be them.  They are rude, uneducated and
ignorant.  When you ask them nicely to be removed they get hostile.  I am going to do what the guy in front of me did.  Thanks for that!

This number just called my office and no one was on the other end, just complete silence.

just use the *60 feature on your phone to block the caller.  they won't respect your request.  they're termites.

Out of curiosity I called the number and I got a fax machine.  I also googled the number and the owner was Comcast Phones?  WTF?

Called again today.  Spouse hung up on them.  Caller ID said services.

I think I will let them come out to the house; get their ID, copy Insur & contractor license number.

Then tell them are the agent and are now linked to whatever legal action I pursue in the future, if not left alone. This takes them out of the shadows.

They already have our info, no worse there, and that will put them on notice that we know them now too.

Only by permanent removal, will I not take action.

Bet I'm off-list in 10 min's after they leave...

Simply another low life scammer, POS telemarketer.

They called on 08/29/2012 6:31 PM; on 09/10/2012 at 3:38 PM; and on 10/04/2012 at 3:03 PM. Caller ID said "Services". No one was on the line.

If we all complain, on a consistent basis, perhaps something will happen.

I'm just scheduling estimes, work, etc for my local police and fire departments.  Should teach them a lesson and stop using these telemarketing firms.

I had assumed it was a local construction company because I get dozens of calls every day from similar companies. All are going to be in my area tomorrow and want to give me a free estimate. None leave a message on recorder, they just keep calling back every few minutes. Two calls in 5 minutes from this company plus one about an hour ago, but the day has just started. I'm counting today but I'm guessing I'll get about 15 more calls from this company today. When this first started about 9 months ago I used to answer and ask to be removed from their call lists. They said they would but then several more companies started calling instead. The number grows each time I ask to be removed. Does anybody know how to stop this? I'm supposed to be on the no-call list but that does nothing at all. I get unsolicited calls every day. Someone told me that the list is no longer active as we have no jurisdiction over international calls, which makes sense, but there must be something we can do?

Three MORE calls from this # today alone!  I am so sick of this!  I'll be filing a 3rd report with the FCC.

I am sick and tired of getting called 2-3 times a day from this number.  I never answer.

If I'm at my desk, I answer it as a fax call.  The bzzzzz doesn't seem to stop them though.

Multiple calls a day here as well (South Orange County).  I connected with a call back one time, but no one was on the other end.  For sure this is a machine dial out prob looking for fax machines.

I get a call from "Services" every day.  Today I thought I would answer it to see if anyone picked up so I could tell them to "STOP CALLING".  No such luck...got a fax number screeching in my ear.

Yet another call from this number at  12:49 pm today.  I'll be reporting it, not that it does any good.
