this auto company 310-880-7936 called and gave me a quote without giving me any details. as i progressed to ask in regards with details about the pricing if there is any hidden fees or not... i asked if the deposit would be refundable as a serious questions, the guy was very rude and decided to say things like if youre gonna cancel then dont worry about it and hangs up the phone. it was merely an innocent questions trying to protect myself from fraud. how rude. i rather pay more for a better customer service.

I received a call from this number I told the caller I had no in formation about his company
he told me I had obviously never shipped a car before ande hung up the phone.

This will be the 3rd time I am shipping my car. OK

I was flabbergasted by the LACK of customer service and respect this guy had for potential customer.  Blew my mind! We live in a customer service world and this guy wants people to trust his company with their cars - I don't think so!!!

Well, He is still at it. Low quote for shipping and I told him I was still in process of deciding if I would ship it or drive it. He suggested I drive it as it was only 1,800 miles then hung up on me. What a clown!!

Got a call from it. Going by what the dude said about the above comment because my parents were talking about shipping their car.

The guy said his name was Paul Baldwin. Must be the same guy. All he wanted to do was argue. It was almost comical. His quote was about $150 cheaper than anyone else and I asked how he could do that and went on a rant that he never had anyone tell him that it was too cheap, that the driver would be happy to tak more, and should get more, it's such a hard job, yadda yadda yadda. I couldn't get him to shut up.
I was having a laugh with the guy, but asked him to put the sarcasm aside for a bit.
I asked if there was a deposit, and he say "Noooo , of course not, you're a nice guy from the internet"  when I tried to ask how much the deposit was and when it was due, he just hung up on me!

Whoa!!!  I requested quotes online to ship a non operational vehicle.  "Shipper Shipper" (according to caller ID) called me.  When I stated that the Collision Company that 'totaled' my vehicle stated it had   to be transported on a flatbed and only a flatbed, this RUDE MAN began yelling at me "You've obviously never shipped anything, have you?" and when I said "The mechanic insisted that it would have to be moved on a flatbed" and this RUDE MAN again yelled "You've obviously never shipped anything, have you?."  When I quietly said "yes, I've shipped a POD" he hung up on me.

Someone needs to take his phone away and deny him the privilege of using one for the next 10 years (at least).  He's obviously full of frustration and rage and knows no other way to communicate.  Get a therapist!!!!  A lot of prayer for him wouldn't be bad either!

This guy called me with a cheap quote also. When i told him i would check out his company first he hung up. Not only unproffesional I think it is a total ripoff. He quoted 499.00 & wanted 299.00 Up front. NOOOO WAAAY

Same experience as mentioned by all the other posts....this is the kind of customer service you get even before you make any downpayment....just imagine how bad it can get if you made a downpayment and this guy continued to treat you like dirt if you simply called back asking for a status update. The guys name is Bob Bosworth or something like that...piece of work he is.

Same for me ... Says shipping shipping on caller ID. I just started getting prices & his price was very competitive. Told him I was waiting on some other quotes. I don't think I had finished when I heard "click," and no one was there!  Yup, very rude. If this is how they treat people with whom they are trying to get business, how are they going to treat you, your car, etc??

What an A**! He called and I missed his phone call, when I called right back he told me that I was STUPID and that I would never get my truck moved if I didn't get any smarter.

I must have gotten the same guy! In the middle of my explaining that my dad had just died (the reason I need to ship the car) and he started screaming that "prices will only shoot up so just keep looking!" and then hung up! The man is just vile!

I just got a call from this guy because yesterday I put in to get a quote from several companies through one site.  I got the same good deal $399 from Pensacola, FL to Long Island, NY. I told him I would have to to talk to the person whose vehicle it was since I was just getting the quotes for him. I honestly would have called him back because the rate was very good but when I asked for a number he told me if I did not do it now, do not worry about it and hung up.

I called him back to ask him what the name of his company was and he said "shipping" I believe, and then hung up again.  Now the phone is going straight to VM.  As someone mentioned above, I do believe it is AAA Allstar Discount Auto Transporters because they sent the same quote to my email.

I am going to block my number and start calling this guy in the middle of the night.

AAA AllStar Discount Auto Transporters, those guys so unprofessional! i asked them for the quote online, they called me. so i told him i need the price to shipped and i will let you know tomorrow if im buying a car so ill call you back i just need the quote, if everything works out, and he is like dont worry, and hang up on me.. i called him back. they did not wanted to talk to me! the guy ignored me, and he was not nice! i will not call them again... i would pay extra $50 or $100...to some where else, with out any problems. im still wonder if this is a scam!!!!! just wanted money! Not good! try it and see it, im not lying!

The guy called me about the quote. He gave me a very cheap rate. I was with a patient and told him I would call him back.  He said "if you don't want it now, you are not going to call me later either" . I explained to him that i was a physician and had to finish my work. He cared less and hang up. I will not call them.

These guys wont get my money!!! They're jerks!!! They called me on a about a quote to transport my auto. I asked who they were as I had received quotes from lots of ppl and the guys says " well if you didnt call me then dont worry about it" and hangs up the phone. I thought it was a mistake so I called back and the guys again says " since you didnt call me then you should go with the company who you like the best" very rudely and the hangs up again. A***OLE!!!
