Received a call from this number . Some lady called stated Hello and then hung up. Called the numebr it rang for a while no answer. Then called  a few minutes later got a messge that number has been changed but did not give a new number.  Telephone company has to ban giving  US area code numbers to Magic jack and Skype users to enable them to misuse the priviledges

I just received a call from that number by a guy named Kevin the contractor. I believe other people are also using the same number for telemarketing though the number shows Hermosa Beach , Ca on my caller ID.

They have been calling my number at home up to 7 times a week for the past two years. Waking me up on Sunday morning and calling me late in the evening. They are very annoying. Tell them to stop calling, if they call again you can file a claim against them in small claims court and receive $500 each tim they call you. If you can prove it was intentional you get $1,500 each time they called.

Can't understand why this person called today at 1:30p.m.  Asked for me by name, said it was Michael, and then lost the connection on his end.  If anybody knows what their scam is, please post it here.  Thanks!

They enjoy listening to the first few seconds of my answering machine message.  They get to the part where it says we don't talk to telemarketers, then, surprisingly ;-),  they hang up!

3 times a day this stupid person calls and doesn't say anything.  Soooo when I see this stupid caller again, I will be prepared with a high pitched whistle that will be blown just for them.  Join me with stopping this stupid person.

Filed an FCC complaint. They call at least 2-3 times a week and are exceptionally rude. I am always rude back but they must be gluttons for punishment or fishing for an easy buck because the calls keep coming. I have the number saved as "a$$hole telemarketer" in my contacts and am trying to come up with new ways to frustrate them each time they call. Absolute jerks.

Another call today at 3:14 pm.  I recognized the number as one I've reported here before so I clicked "talk" then "off".

Have asked them to stop calling this number several times.  VERY RUDE!

They have been calling me at least twice a day for the past month. I started out trying to be nice and tell them that I do not own a home and would not be interested in the service. I asked them to put me on the do not call list. Now they keep calling me and hanging up. They are beligerant telemarketers. One person called me names when I said that I was not interested. Keep getting calls from this #, (310) 883-6661.  If I don't answer they hang up, don't leave a message.  QUITE annoying to say the least.

Just to clarify, they keep asking to talk with my father. I said that I am an adult, you don't need to speak with my parents, they persisted. When I stated "deceased", they hung up. Previously they were asking for some guy named "Vick". :/

I got a call from this number, each time asking something different. The man keeps asking to speak with my dead father. Fathers day was just last weekend. It's not even a good prank call is you are just asking to speak with someone. That's completely lame. If you hang up on the person and can't keep your bit going- you're an amateur. Just saying. Anyway, I tried calling it back, but it doesn't allow incoming calls.

Apparently they didn't get the hint after I let my 4yr old daughter have the phone when they called in May, because they still had the nerve to call again, and on Father''s day at 12:40.  The DNC registry system is obviously broken and the solicitors pay no mind to "Take me off your list, PLEASE".  I understand these folks are just trying to make a buck, and at least they have jobs and are not milking the system, so I've decided to start using the block caller feature on my Panasonic phone. Hopefully, in time, I can weed out many of these calls.

They called today asking to speak to "Mrs.____" and completely butchered my last name.  When I asked who is calling, they answered "Michael" and I asked for more information, but this Michael character gave me attitude.

I have received repeated calls from this number after asking to be removed from the call list. The same person calls backand makes rude and abusive comments.

CID with this number "unknown" received today with no message left. Think they are calling my fax line as well. Do y'all know you can file an FCC complaint? Do it and I believe you'll be rid of bad rubbish. Since doing it for another number, less frequent calls to report, and hopefully an eventual end to them altogether!

Got the call from this number today. Think it's a fundraiser or telemarketer.  No message.  My tip is that I add these folks to my address book under Telemarketer. It is in my area code, so extra annoying! Once I added them to my contacts, I saw there are 3 other calls in the past 30 days.  Grrr!

Called my cell - no way to block but a workaround was provided by a helpful poster:

1) Create a silent ringtone.
2) Add the number you want to block to your contacts and assign the silent ringtone and no vibration.

When someone calls from that number, your phone will not ring or vibrate.
