They he told me i had to pay a 468 dollars for the irs then i had talk to a person in a area code it is 202 then they said they was goin to pay that back with the 5000.00 dollars and then i payed 676 dollars to get it to come to the usa bank cause they

a guy named daniel wilson called my work today saying hes from hudson law firm.said my s.s #is under investigation.a co-worker called the #back and asked for the address so we could look it up.the guy hung up on him.i have also got a call saying they were from th dept of law and investigation,that name was mark williams.all have heavy indian accents,could barely understand them!

Wow Nick Thompson.... I have been getting calls for a year and I did get documents which I took to the police department and the FBI both assured me that they are fraudlent. I have told the scammers for months to come and get me I am ready to fight them in court but in stead they just keep calling. I am thinking that Nick is a scammer as well. Please do not give these people money. If you owed money to anyone they can take you to small claims court in which you do not need a lawyer for, a judge will either set up what you need to pay or they will garish your wages.. if you really owed the money but again they are scamer SO don't pay them and for Nick and the other post on here you will burn in hell for helping to scam people out of money!!!!

I was threatened today - I have been receiving calls from California numbers over the last two weeks and another number being used is 7603312049. My experience is that once one number is reported, they use another number.  Any ideas on how I can report this too? What number did you call for the FTC. Person called said his is Dennis Moore - left me a voicemail I could not understand.

I finally got ahold of some one from the FTC and they are total scam. I also called the BBB and they do not have them in their data base!!!! Can we say Scam

I recived more calls from this number at my work. actually it was more like 7 in one day. I told them That I have now made a compaint to the FTC all they could say was oh my goodness Oh my Goodness!

These people have been harrassing me for months and i asked them for proof and they will not provide it to me. They won't give me an exact date where i got it or who to speak to. They have harrassed me on my cellphone and even called my employer. I even had Daniel Wilson swear at me and then he hung up. I am not worried about paying them. The first time they called they told me it would be $776 and today they called and said that the original loan which was $300 from Feb. 2010 has accumulated interest so now the balance is $998.75??? Get real these people are stupid and they may fool other people but they aren't fulling me. So until the police pull up and take me away in handcuffs they won't get a dime from me.

Wow.  Two fake posts in a row.  The scammers must pay well.  They probably get a lot of money from their victims.

i suggest u to pay money coz $400 is not big amount ..........if case gets download in court house it will cost $5000 and more also we can go behind bars......so its nice to get case resolved in $400...$.700....also it would work as black spot on social.....

I had this number call me at work and leave a message.310-907-8064. He said his name was Jake Williams calling from dept of law in cali. I was told I had a 300.00 payday loan company(not to sure of the comapny Could barley understand the man) and with intrest and all I owed 567.94. He wanted my credit card number with exp. date as well as the cvs number and 16 diget creidt card number. I did not give it to him. I live in texas and they where caling from california. I said idid not have a loan with anyone and he told me well I wish you luck. They are suppost to come and arrest me at work and take leagal actions upon me. Can they reallly do this????
